Care to show the post that you made in the name of Sara Salzman in which I
replied and made those threats to you? They were part of Yale's fabricated
lawsuit against me. Show the post you made and show the post I made in
which I had threatened to torture you etc. The message ID of your original
post should also show in the references in my reply! Are you up to it
little sow or will you and Boss Hog be shown to be liars. I've already
been accused of making threats against you by Buck TURDgidson and
Derek Bell.
Care to show evidence that would stand up in court or do I have evidence
which could be used in a counter suit proving that you and Boss Hog
fabricated the whole thing in order to defame me.
BTW Sara-- Yale will have to tell what his motive was and what he had
hoped to accomplish by posting the false accusation over 200 times telling
everyone where I live as well. What sort of a competent attorney would
engage in such unscrupulous and unethical conduct? This false accusation,
his obscene threatening telephone call, and his snail mails he keeps

What Bradshit does not say is that this was done . It wa, in facr, done
on two occasions. And it was done in court not by babbling on anewsgroup.
It was was done in January when the threats he made were read in open
court. Although given notice and an opportunity appear neither Bradshit or
his "attorney" was there to contest the fact that he made those threats.
The judge decided that her had made then.
The threats were read in open court again in February after Bradshit
failed to show up for his deposition (after agreeing to the date of the
depossition, being given notice of the deposition, and having had a court
order issued to be there). Again neither Bradshit or his "attorney"
bothered to show up or contest the charges.
Brashit was even given a final oppotunity to sscontest the fact that he
had issued those specific threats in writing. Neither Bradshit or his
"attornry" ever bothered to file a written answer. As a result the court
has found that Bradshit has admitted to making those threats.
