I have not read their report in full and I do not know enough about the "Bell
Curve" to agree or disagree with what it claims-- I only point out that the
people who are condemning it see fascist under every bed and that the "FAIR.ORG"
is a very leftist organization associated with communists.

Alternative Headline: Ginsberg mourned by.... gays, Buddhists,
Democrats, Communists, Socialists, Pedophiles
Homosexuality, pederasty, insanity, drug addiction, New Age religion,
communism, socialism --- reads like a list of sins condemned by America's
religious right --- and it also reads like a list of virtues extolled or
tolerated by America's left, religious, or otherwise. As coarse as all
this sounds, it's true. You just won't find many mourners for Ginsberg
among America's Christians, Republicans and conservatives.
These same sins also loomed large in the life of the late poet
Allen Ginsberg, who died Saturday of complications arising from
incurable liver cancer.
Since Allen Ginsberg was a great champion of free expression, I
expect he is applauding what I write here, from somewhere in his
Buddhist heaven. Furthermore, since all persons receiving this news
release are paragons of tolerance and also champions of free
expression, I expect nothing less than their highest praise for
writing this. Unanimous agreement would also be nice, but I won't
demand it, because I am also a paragon of tolerance.
Ginsberg's poet father Louis Ginsberg has been described as a "moderate
Jewish Socialist", and his mother Naomi is described as "a radical
Communist" and "irrepressible nudist" who became insane in early
adulthood. As if that wasn't enough, young Allen struggled with an
early lust for boys his age.
While still a teen, Ginsberg fell in with a crowd that included Jack
Kerouac and a lover, Neal Cassady. Sex, crime, literature and drugs
absorbed the interests of this group and they spent much of their time
cruising gay bars in Greenwich Village while trying marijuana, benzedrine
and other narcotics, and according to some reports, Ginsberg eventually
became hooked on heroin.
Besides Kerouac and Cassady, Ginsberg associated with large numbers of
persons notorious or famous on their own merits, including William
Burroughs, Timothy Leary, Bob Dylan, Gregory Corso, Lawrence
Ferlinghetti, Jerry Garcia and Tom Hayden. Ginsberg has seen the inside of
prison walls for criminal associations and for obscene literature. And, like
his unfortunate mother, Allen Ginsberg has received considerable attention
from psychiatrists.
Ginsberg took up Buddhism around 1970 and chose a controversial Tibetan
as his personal guru. Later, he helped found the Jack Kerouac School of
Disembodied Poetics at Naropa Institute in Boulder, Colorado.
He was at the scene of many of the radical "happenings" of the 1960s,
including the antiwar protests at the Chicago Democratic Party Convention
in 1968 and the San Francisco Be-In in 1967. Ginsberg also appeared at
the Woodstock II gathering.
Ginsberg was also an unapologetic member of North American Man-Boy
Love Association (NAMBLA), a group advocating sex between adult males
and young boys. The group also seeks to decriminalize pedophilia and
pederasty, two of NAMBLA's major areas of involvement. Ginsberg's
unabashed homosexuality and advocacy for the rights of gays, pederasts
and pedophiles earned him a special place in the hearts of Democrats and
also got him named to the Board of Directors of Fairness And Accuracy In
Reporting (FAIR), a New York City based organization that advocates for
fairness and accuracy in reporting about homosexuals and other progressive
issues.

Ginsberg was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver in 1988 after suffering
for years from hepatitis C, and is now dead at 70 from complications
arising from cancer of the liver. So far there is no sign of media

homosexual (unsafe) practices and drug habits....

Nonsense. The Anti-Semites quote Israel Shahak all the time. They also
quote and praise any Jew who criticizes Jews or Israel or sheds doubt
on The Holocaust.

How about the "London Daily Telegraph"?They are the ones who applied
the "Nazi" label.
The issue is NOT what "The Bell Curve" claims. The relevant issue is
the position of The Pioneer Fund on eugenics and race relations. Can
you refute anything the article says about that?
I am going to research The Pioneer Fund in an attempt to resolve this
issue.
I refuse to automatically reject what someone says just because their
politics differ from mine. I happen to agree with Kneisel on some
issues. I agreed with Gorbachev on some issues.That does not mean I
approve of everything he did.

I agreed with Josef Stalin that the Nazis had to be defeated-so did
President Roosevelt and the entire United States Congress-they sent
millions of dollars worth of armaments to the USSR to help them fight
the Nazis. Does that make me and the Congress "Communist dupes"? I
agreed with alot of the things Mikhail Gorbachev did to reform the
Soviet Union.The reason the Soviet hardliners tried to oust Grobachev
was his reforming plans-Glasnost and perestroika. Does that make me a
