If he knows anything at all about Windows/95, this is not true.
You can easily delete files and even clean up the Netscape cache and
the Netscape History file with a few klicks.

Bummer, but worse than not true. If the info is on YOUR computer,
you are more likely to be the bustee than a roommate.
If the original poster is really interested in dealing with the
matter, simply set up W/95 with a password and DON'T give it
to the roommate.
