God's Love And Christian Life.

We love because he first loved us.

1 John 5: 4.

Faith Is Victory Over The World.

For whoever is begotten by God conquers the world. And the victory
that conquers the world is our faith.

--------------------

Also read:

Psalm 72: 1-2, 14-15, 17.
Luke 4: 14-22.

Yes, our faith allows us to move mountains and not be poisoned
and allows us to receieve our dead back to life, etc.

Uh huh.
Good luck with that.

In fact, as the faux padre is gleefully proclaiming May 21, 2011 as La Fin
du Monde, perhaps you'll get to see how that "dead back to life" schtick
works out first hand.

Give one example of when our dead have come back to life. Don't make one

Well, I went to the web site, and I gotta say, if *that* is what you
think qualifies as "evidence," boy-howdy, do you need to take some
classes in science and logic!

But I've got a *real* test for your god, Hiscoming. One that can be
easily verified.

My Significant Other is a retired U.S. Marine who lost both legs when
he stepped on a land mine in Vietnam. There is no doubt that his
limbs are missing.

There is no medical treatment known to science that can restore
amputated human limbs.

Therefore, all you have to do is round up all your Prayer Cow-boys and
-girls and have them pray for My Fella's missing body parts to be
restored. Should be simple for an omniscient, omnipotent,
omnibenevolent being, right? *Much* simpler than raising the dead,
right? So if that little African boy was *indeed* dead (which I very
much doubt), and your god provided the power to raise him from the
dead, then restoring some missing limbs should be a cake-walk. I
don't care if the limbs reappear instantaneously, or if they re-grow
at a gradual pace. Makes no difference to me, and I'm sure that it
makes no difference to My Fella. However your god wants to do is fine
with us.

Just let me know when the praying starts; I'll keep you aprised of my
guy's condition.

*If* his missing body parts re-grow, I'll get down on my knees in
public and proclaim your god as *the* God, and become a christian *on
the spot*. I will post about it in this newsgroup, and provide links
to before-and-after pictures.

So, will you take me up on this challenge?

Jesus commanded His followers to "Heal the infirm, raise the dead,
cleanse lepers, cast out demons". Given the billion or so
followers He has today, you'd think that the dead would
be getting raised by the millions, every day of the year.
Resurrections should be more common than PBS fundraisers.
Everybody would know at least one person who had been
brought back. The fumeral business should be in tatters.

Intead we have an occasional and obscure claim that
happened somewhere where no one had a
death certificate plus a video camers. And it
never seems to happen in hospitals, in front of
doctors -- something that you would think would
be the most common setting there could be.

You offered no facts, just a reference to a web site which is meaningless.
If your bible is true than such accounts would be to frequent to mention.
Matthew 7:7-8 makes this quite clear and 7:9-11 makes it plain that ther
will be no tricks.
*EVERONE THAT ASKS RECIEVES.*

7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it
shall be opened unto you:
7:8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to
him that knocketh it shall be opened.
7:9 Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him
a stone?
7:10 Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?
7:11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children,
how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them
that ask him?

I keep finding out about a dead boy but nothing about a man with a search on
<man raised from dead> You would think it would be prominent.

There is this:
"Many came forward during the testimony time to declare the healing touch of
Jesus. The first on stage was a boy who had suffered a stroke. Doctors told
him he would not be able to move his right set of toes, but the boy was
healed tonight, and was able to move his toes on stage for all to see. A
lady in the fourth stage of lung cancer came on stage to testify that she
now could breathe well. A teenager who could not bend for three years due to
a curvature in her spine was healed. The crowd cheered as she bent over and
touched her toes. Another lady told us about a relapse of a condition she
had in the forth stage and how it has been attacking her lungs and affected
her ability to walk. Doctors told her she only had a few more months to
live, but she was able to walk onto stage on her own with relative ease and
without her breathing support. A man who could only lift his hands up to
head level because of an accident a few years ago was now able to fully
rotate both his arms."

A caring person would follow up on this and see what condition those people
are in now.
A thoughtful person would find out if these people indeed were in the
condition they stated.
The toe wiggle does not say if he wiggled his right toes and all the rest of
those "miracles" require nothing more than a good shot of endorphins to pull
off.

This is just another con man. It takes two seconds to say that somebody was
healed and hours to get enough information to show if it did happen.
It's far easier to just prattle on.

If this is an actual event, it should be chronicled on a scientific

You have made up your mind already not to accept any evidence of miraculous
healing of the sick, even though the medical scientists confirmed these
healings. Those who were raised from the dead were also confirmed by the
medical scientists.

The medical scientist that was healed from Terminal cancer is still alive
today and will be willing to answer your questions.
The secular newspaper (Daily Mirror, London UK, of Thursday 9th December
1999) that carried the story are still there to help your investigation.
But as a foolish and fraudulent atheist, you will avoid the truth. You like
to live in self-deception and sinful life style.
Atheism is foolishness and rooted in foolishness.

Get one of your faith healers to pray for a paraplegic to recover his lost
limbs without prosthetics. The reason I think "faith healers" are nothing
more than snake oil salesmen is because they choose to perform healings
that can easily be faked.

With our God all things are possible.
God has done many miracles which were recorded and certified by the medical
scientists all over the world.
He is still performing miracles today for those who ask Him.
Jesus Christ is the Healer and if anyone will come to Him and ask Him for
help, He will answer such person.
He is bigger than any problem.

I have given you a contacts where you can check all sort of miracles. I want
you to check and tell me which one you do not believe, even though the
medical scientists certified them in the hospitals. Some of the scientist
called them MIRACLES, while some of them said they could not explain it
scientifically. The healing power of God is higher than human scientific
knowledge.

Calling an atheist a fool is not a sin because an atheist is a big fool
anyway. Atheism is built on ignorance or foolishness. As we can see that,
they make their decisions without any thinking or investigation.
When you have made contact with those who received healing from Jesus
Christ, then you can come back to know how to receive miracles from God.
This will deliver you from your foolishness of atheism and sinful life
style.

Hmmm... This is like having a meaningful conversation with a four-year-old.

A smart person is smart because he's really smart?
Grass is green because it's very green?

Run along little evangelist. Go clean up your room or something.

So you claim, but cannot support with evidence.

No evidence supports that claim either.

Show us the evidence.

No evidence supports that claim.

Meaningless babbling.

Calling a remission a miracle does not make it a miracle. We know that
people have remissions.

You are proud that you are an ignoramus and a liar. You blame God for
your lies and foolishness. You imply that God told you not to learn. I
don't like the God you invented for yourself.

Argument by insult and lies. You don't seem to have much.

You haven't presented any. You have mentioned, at best anecdotal
information.
If the bible were true then no one would have any need for medicine.
Matthew 7:7-11 is *all* that is needed.

Still no response, Aquinas?

Regards,

Josef

It is not the answer that enlightens, but the question.
