phone number of an AOL poster she feels has slighted her in some fashion.
The woman is listed in the phone book, so it was no major effort on Moonie's
part. Moonie made 3 telephone calls this week to this woman's house, one
call answered by her 9 year old daughter. I guess apparently, every time the
phone was answered, Moonie would say things like, "die white trash" and so
on. Really frightened the 9 year old. The funny thing is, Moonie's number
showed up on the caller ID!! Duh!
Needless to say, the police were called, and Moonie will probably get a
citation for harassment. Just out of curiosity, the woman had called the
number back, after getting the calls, and got a voice mail message for
Rubinesque. Moonie's charming voice mail greeting, which should win her a
lot of customers, is: "Leave a message ONLY for Rubinesque or modeling
ONLY!!" Needless to say, she is quite irate with Moon, and made it a point
to share that number with the masses! <g>
Moonie's also been calling the shops in Salem, bothering the owners and
interfereing with their businesses.
She called AOL pretending to be a couple of different posters. She was
trying to get passwords, and when she couldn't give the correct info, AOL
mailed reports to the posters! She's recently posted on AOL that "someone"
hacked into her account and sent various e-mails under her screen name, then
accused a bunch of people by name. Too bad for her that AOL can trace that
kind of thing, so her e-mails could be traced back to her.
Is anyone keeping count of the police complaints about her, the criminal
complaints, the Federal offense of sending threats through the US mail, and
the civil suits? She must be racking them up. It looks to me like this girl
can't handle being online.

WOW. Just WOW. I can't escape her! I just started reading the Usenet
newsgroups, and here Moonie is yet again. I was one of the many harassed on AOL
by her. I heard from some other posters that she was even worse in this forum.
They were right. She is everywhere. I am enclosing a "love-letter" Moonie sent
me a couple months ago. Icwhatudo2 is absolutely correct. She's nuts.

to Dorchester, Mass. He spends alot of time attacking people he doesn't know

I feel that the newspaper article is more of an issue with the controversy of
the film "Harry Potter" that it is with the issue of growing up and taking
responsibility for one's actions, so therefore I had changed the title of the
subject thread.
Magick has been practices for several millenniums and to the present. The
clergy in the Catholic church practice a magick called "transubstantiation" and
in the Synagogue, they practice the Kaballah which has been practiced by the
Hebrews for several centuries.
Personally, I feel this Harry Potter movie is a means of making money from the
adolescents and a subtle message for the students to imitate students at

I happen to know the man and have been to his circles. He is not a bad person
as far as I am concerned. I have traveled to Ocean City once during the summer
of 1994 and it is a Methodist community that has a certain set of standards
that are very opposite to non-mainstream religions. There were other people in
the Pagan community
who were also present during that interview and who traveled to Ocean City as
showing support.

In reply to this post, have not have any problems on the Internet with
fundamentalists sending me e mail as I have in person. I also do not get
involved with any forum that merely suggests the existence of Christian
fundamentalists, so therefore they cannot hunt me down and e mail me.
I will comment here that there is so much mass marketing of the Pagan religion
which also includes Wicca and Witchcraft in bookstores and shopping malls at
large, which to me cheapens a spiritual path or religion. It seem to me that
the non-mainstream religions have become a money making industry instead of a
sincere spiritual path to follow with a stable support system.

This is the way people in the Pagan Community project themselves, not only on
the Internet but also in person. From having read several posts both on the
Pagan message board as well as the Pagan newsgroups, I don't have any respect
for them.
I have also dialogued with AOL member BsotedOgre and having read his posts, he
is about the most hypocritical person, particularly since he mentioned that he
has a circle of friends who are successful artists. As for the contributions to
the website he targeted, they happen to be very respectable people. I have
never berated how anybody in the Pagan community earns their livelihood on the
message board or the newsgroups, yet others have posted
personal attacks against my livelihood. Most of the people who post are very
immature. I am very proud to have gotten my formal education in the state of
New Jersey and BsotedOgre seems to think that he is the only person worthy of
living in the state of New Jersey which goes to show how narrow minded he is. I
have also been reading his anti-Semitic posts which he targeted me personally.
As for AOL member: Ze kat lady, I have been reading her posts in alt.religion
wicca. Obviously she is the one who is causing the trouble. There were no
personal attacks initiated against her, so she can stop crying that she is
being stalked on line when she starting a confrontation. I have never met this
person and it would not come as a surprise that she starts trouble for people
who live in her neighborhood. To me she is a child, not an adult. I
doubt that because of the history of certain posters, any lawyer would agree to
sending out any restraining order. In fact several posts from the Pagan message
board as well as the Alt.religion wicca newsgroup have been e mailed to the
Salem Police department as evidence.
Several posts by AOL member: Brigid115 have been sent to the Nursing Bureau in
Newark, NJ for investigation as well as a few e mails that she had sent. She
should be embarrassed by what she had posted.
People get angry to hide their own embarrassment because they are ashamed of
what they post in the newsgroup, but then they posted the messages anonymously,
hoping they would never be discovered. Anybody can read the posts, and the fact
that somebody would post inflammatory messages should expect that their posts
might get e mailed to some of the Pagan Organizations as evidence. That does
not come under the guidelines of being stalked and certainly
doesn't warrant any restraining order. The messages can be e mailed to anybody
without asking for permission and no laws are broken by doing so. The majority
of the people who post here have the maturity of grammar school aged children.
In fact, several posts were e mailed to the head chapter of CUUPs for them to
read. Many people who post here on the Pagan message board don't want to be
reminded of who they really are, particularly if others are
reading their posts who know who they are in person. I have no shame in what I
post and I don't care if my posts are e mailed to others.

Having read your posts, I don't respect you or what you post; it is perfectly
okay for you to post defamatory messages directed at me, particularly my

Speaking of KishHilde she obviously looks her nose down at me, yet is employed
as an art teacher using life models in her art classes she teaches, which is
very hypocritical. I did share with her what I do for a living and she
obviously made berating comments about my livelihood to others in the Pagan
community. That to me is very too faced and have no respect for her.
You are nothing but a troublemaker having read your posts and that it certainly
doesn't come as a surprise that you provoke people you dislike so that if they
retaliate, you take them to court so that they look bad in the eyes of the
judge. I have seen your kind and KishHilde was obviously looking to start an on
line confrontation with me and posting my legal name as well here on the Pagan
message board. She is certainly not an innocent person.
The people in the Pagan community in Salem, Mass are certainly not very
wholesome and are very dishonest. Many of them certainly leave alot to be
desired, particularly KishHilde who I confided in. Certainly, KishHilde uses a
very charismatic approach to get information out of certain people who are
wanting to network with others in the Pagan community and her ulterior motive
is to use them and then circulate malicious gossip about them. That is also
very true of others in the Pagan community in Salem.
KishHilde can call any lawyer she wants and I will print out all the evidence
and send it to her lawyer. Knowing the type of people KishHilde associates with
who have posted messages, attacking my livelihood for 5 years or more, it
certainly is an indication of who KishHilde is.
KishHilde is not a very nice person and I have not met anybody so far while
living in Salem who was truly a genuine person, who didn't have a hidden
agenda. The majority of the people involved in the Pagan community in Salem are
very two faced people. Speaking of the town of Salem, I consider it a white
trash community where alot of hate groups thrive. There are not very many
benefits to living in Salem to be quite honest.
As far as I am concerned, the people in the Pagan community are more involved
in gossip than the practice and research of the religion, particularly Salem,
Mass.
KishHilde is too embarrassed and that her friends who targeted me on line 5
years ago when I first registered with AOL knew who I was but I didn't know who
they were, so if anybody was stalking on line, KishHilde and her friends were.
KishHilde is by no means an innocent person and she is not a person to trust
either.

Speaking of e mails, I have been receiving e mails from Ze kat lady who has
also blocked me off from replying to her e mail. She is also a troublemaker and
that I recently read some messages posted in alt.religion wicca in which
personal attacks were made against me dated October 4th of this year. Also, her
e mail was posted in the newsgroup. As far as somebody posting
their messages publicly on a message board or newsgroup, they are free to be e
mailed to others and if somebody is going to deliberately post attacking
messages, they are going to be e mailed to others. Of course the state of
Massachusetts has a very undesirable reputation.

Lets get something straight, Ze kat lady, I can copy and paste anybody's
messages that I want from any newsgroup or message board without the consent of
that person because they posted their messages publicly. Of course they are

they will regret having posted later on.
Lets talk about the e mail issue, I have received insulting e mails from
people, particularly in the newsgroups in which many have initiated with me. To
be quite honest, I didn't mind posting their offensive e mails for others to
read because they deserved it.
A hard copy of a post is conclusive evidence, furthermore, I am reposting your
messages below for others to read again. What you posted was not an opinion but
personal insults directed at me. I can e mail your posts and post them where
ever I want and I don't need your permission.

Interesting that she failed to answer a summons from the District Court in
Massachusetts today. If she returns here, she'll be arrested. When I showed
her e-mails to the judge, he was of the opinion that she was unstable.
I think forwarding all her e-mails and posting her hate-mail publicly is a
good idea.

poster by the name of MOONPHAlZE has begunstalking several posters on AOHELL's
Pagan message board. She is acting thesame way she did in this forum a few
years back. Same old Method of Operation.She has recently sent out threatening
e-mails accusing people of conspiringagainst her. The most recent mailing she
has distributed has several screennames from this forum i!
n it, along with copies of posts by those people, somedating back to 1997!
Talesin was one of the people listed in this e-mail. Ihave no clue why she is
bringing these people and posts up in another forum,but I wanted to give some

NOBODY she posts it to pays any attention, least of all the CUUPS people. In
fact when she called there, they hung up on her.
My favorite part of her rants is that she accuses JH of sharing information
about her. JH hasn't told anybody anything. Mooner forgets that she stood up
at a local Pagan Town Meeting and raved on for at least twenty minutes,
spilling her guts about all these personal things that supposedly happened
to her. All the information that we have comes directly from HER mouth.

Right there is the reason. She gave herself away. This is why she fixates and
stalks all these different women, and gay men. She is fixating on strong women,
women who voice their opinion, women who do things to better their community,
women who have been successful. Women who *are* everything she wants to be. She
is basically saying in her own twisted way that she is a lesbian, and envies
women who can be true to themself (not meaning that the women are all
lesbians!) She cannot be her true self, she can't come to grips with it, nor

the stalker went. The judge said that if she was in the state, I could have
her arrested for stalking. He said that because she's not here, he was
dismissing the case, but "without prejudice," meaning that I can re-open it
at any time. If she continues e-mailing me, the court can still issue a
warrant for her, and if she's even stopped for a traffic ticket or anything,
her record will show an outstanding warrant in MA. The court referred me to
the MA Attorney Gen's office, which has procedures for Internet crime,
including stalking/harassment via e-mail.
So far, she's still sending me e-mail, AFTER she ignored the summons, which
I'm keeping in a file for the AG's office and the court. I'm sending copies
of the documents to AOL also, with a lawyer's letter. This will be the
second legal letter they've had about her.
So, we'll see.
