Tomorrow morning it will be 16 years since my low years (low
in terms of creativity and in terms of delusions but rarely
low in terms of depression) began.  Also the low years
haven't been very bad when I'm on lithium and olanzapine
and am abstaining from alcohol 1--9 days before full moon.

Today I gave up on the four components though I would try
them again if I come out of the low years and/or if I
enter into a relationship with a woman.   But in either
of those cases I would try them only twice before giving
up on that case,

I have also decided to start ignoring spontaneous
perineum clicks.
