The first of the firstfruits of thy land thou shalt bring into the house of the LORD thy God.
My comments:
God told Jeremiah the prophet to tell Jerusalem that when Israel were in the wilderness, after the came out of Egypt, they were God`s firstfruits and as such, holy to him.... more »

JUDGEMENT 48
Ex 23:18 … neither shall the fat of my sacrifice remain until the morning.
My comments:
The fat from a holy day meal is holy and should not be left to lie around to make everything greasy.
The fat should all be ready to be disposed of by midnight e.g the Passover meal, (except for meals where it is OK to eat the meat on the second day such as a “peace offering” meal on a holy day).... more »

JUDGEMENT 47
Ex 23:18 Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread;
My comments:
Leavened bread is not to be offered with God`s sacrifices.
Leaven is baking soda or yeast which is used to raise bread, cakes and dough.
Leviticus 2:11 ¶ No meal offering which you give to the Lord is to be made with leaven; no leaven or honey is to be burned as an offering made by fire to the Lord.... more »
