Triple goddesses show up frequently in Anne Ross's
book Pagan Celtic Britain.
I think some people associate a triple goddess with
different phases of the moon corresponding to
maiden, mother, and crone.
Are there any cases of triple gods? I guess
the Catholic trinity might be one.
Back in September 1994 I came up with the triple
deity of Gaia (The Earth), Luna (The Moon),
and Sola (The Sun). At the time I considered
them female but more recently I consider them
to have neutral gender. But I still associate
them with Sarah McLachlan, Sinead O'Connor, and
Tanita Tikaram respectively though I don't hold
out much hope of getting together with even one
of them let alone all three at once.
