I'm taking down the scientomogy.com server and all the domain names
that redirect to it. I can't keep viruses off it, or from it being
attacked.

Anyway, if anyone wants any of these domain names, I will transfer
them over to you for free. I will not be renewing them any longer.
Of course I will only transfer them over to you if I know you and you
are not somehow related to OSA or the "Church" of Scientology.

Hey Paul,

Thanks for your efforts over the years in the fight to expose
Scientology. Hope someone will take over these great domain names.

Have you posted your gracious offer on OCMB and WWP? Mikey Gormez
recently got in touch with someone on WWP who is going to mirror his
Wise.biz.com website.

Best Wishes,

Tigger

Hey thanks Tigger....... it's been a fun ride, I just can't keep up
anymore. These attacks and viruses are just too much. Scientology
eventually won :(

So far, I've already gotten some emails for a few of the domain names.

The ones I'm most concerned with, and hope they end up in good hands,
are scientomogy.com, stopscientology.com, and whatisscientology.net

Take care -

Hi Paul, I wish I could take them but sorry I can't help you out on
this. I know how much you put into them and how helpful they have
been. Best wishes on finding good replacement owners. Are they all
archived on archive.org?

You put in quite a bit of work during a time when it helped to fuck up
the cult's reputation, so congratulations on that. Aside from what
happens to the sites, I hope you have gotten your personal act
together and are doing OK.

STFU yourself. At least I'm not a scumbag drug dealer who rips people
off selling fake drugs on the Internet, runs scam sites packed with
malware, rips off other people's domain names, gets sued by Amazon,
tries to blame OSA for a drunk driving arrest, and otherwise swindles,
lies, steals, cheats, and makes critics look like a bunch of morons.

I'm also not a spamming piece of shit. Spammers are the lowest form

That's a miracle?

Have you ever heard of the Our Lady of Akita Statue?

You know, the virgin Mary statue that nods at people
in the church and sheds tears.

That's a miracle too!

Negative! I agree with henri and his assertion of the lack of integrity and
worth of this Paul Horner who ran multiple anti-Scientology websites. It's
regrettable the man didn't chose to do something constructive with his time.

Maybe Paul has found Jesus and is turning over a new leaf. I hope so. It's
never to late to repent of one's sins. Something tells me Paul is perhaps
not in the best of health. He might be coming face to face with his
mortality. My prayers are with him should this be the case.

The ground is getting too hot for you, right, Paul? After Kingpin is
all over the news, you are afraid to explain why you used the name
Marty Rathbun as webmaster for your criminal site.

You also used my name for your criminal purposes.

You are not off the hook, Paul, even if you try to bury the evidence
now. You will do time.

Barbara Schwarz
___
Shovel it, Paul Horner! YOU are disturbing my peace and happiness by
stealing my ID and misinforming lurkers about who I am. You want them
to get confuses.

You run half of the suck puppets on ARS. How dare you to accuse me of
what you are doing.

As if lurkers would have the time to figure out the truth and check e-
mail addresses and headers, which you carefully delete as you are
afraid of the legal aftermath. Lurkers just read the same name Barbara
Schwarz and are getting confused. And this is what you criminal
intent.

Your true name is NOT BARBARA SCHWARZ and the only one who agree with
you are your own suck puppets.

First, if you would be a person who does not commit deliberately
crimes, you would not be afraid that your postings are archived by
Google. So, you cancel them after five days. Five days are enough in
your twisted head to confuse lurkers on usenet by using my name.

Your story sucks. You posted before that you have no clue about me,
never heard of me and are just curious after a friend pointed out that
there is lots written on me.
But oddly enough, you attack and defame L. Ron Hubbard immediately
later on rumors from the 50s on him that not even Anonymous ever heard
about but is typically extremist defamation.

Have a look at below header: an allegedly innocent woman that comes to
ARS does not use a X-Trace like this. This is rather the header of a
career criminal:

X-
Trace:dbkajaeeceiapgbcoldnlfdnfaaakleeiaklcefgfikjdjmnhkmhmebfcanpebfjepeingbdiaccjiiffdjapcokccebnlilokpniafgghhbjikjolkhboffkafkohmcgmigicagmhckjgnm

An allegedly innocent woman and clueless woman about Scientology (that
you want to be) and ARS attacks me on the "suspicion" of having sock
puppets with loving names and tries to blackmail me. You insult my
intelligence, Paul. No lurker acts like that. Lurkers just want some
info and don't try to control free speech the postings on this
newsgroup as you do.

Remember: I just asked you to stop posting with my true ID. If you
like to post on ARS, I won't stop you wasting your time here. But you
steal my ID to confuse and you ask me to stop posting with whatever
you think my posting IDs are.

Stealing my name is so typical for you, Paul. You did it before. You
are lawless.

If you would be really a person with my name, you would post with
another ID after you heard that I post already with Barbara Schwarz.

If you insist having to use MY name and that it would be also your
name (which I don't believe a second), use this IDs:

Barbara Schwarz who is another person than the ethical Scientologist
Barbara Schwarz who loves the original Marty Rathbun and says in her
signature that Paul Horner sucks, which he does @ charter.net

Go to hell, Paul. Just leave me alone. You constantly pick on me. You
know exactly that I would put you in my sig. line or even write about
you if you would leave me out. All I ask you is to take my name (and
that of Mark Rathbun) out of your rip off websites and not post with
my name or not longer lie about me that I am pro extremists, pro
Anonymous and "critics", as I am not. You try to undermine my opinions
by just claiming the opposite of what I do.

The same happened to L. Ron Hubbard. Be always reminded that what
happened to me in recent history happened to him before. People like
Paul Horner took over his ID and smeared the affirmations and altered
his policies and bulletins. As more as I see what the "critics" are
doing, as more I stay a Scientologist.

Nor does 'henri':

1. Blame the Church of Scientology for abducting him and injecting alcohol
in his bottom when arrested for driving under the influence.

2. Post a picture of himself urinating on a young woman's face to
alt.binaries.scientology.

3. Establish an Internet business selling powerful pharmaceutical drugs
which should only be prescribed by a competent doctor.

One can only conclude that 'henri' is a deeply boring and uninteresting
person, much like John Dorsay and Peaches who don't do any of these things
either.

He also lacks the ability to fall for stupid, creepy lying scam artists'
stories.

Yeah, loved the "OSA gave me a tequila enema" or whatever that piece of
idiocy was.

Then there's the poorly constructed, shoddily designed an lack of fact
checked flurry of websites hastily thrown up for that "hey hey look at
me, I'm makin' websites that speak to the youth" moment Durks seems to
crave.

And when inaccuracies were pointed out, he demanded we do his fact
checking for him.

Now why would Henri and I both see through Horner's sham and you can't?

Uh, yeah, right you don't. That was just a "mistake," where some
"friend" used your computer. Never heard that one before.

And if you want to compare police records, there's a huge difference. I
got a DUI in 1992. That's SEVENTEEN YEARS AGO.

The earlier one was in 1984. THAT'S TWENTY FIVE YEARS AGO.

And I never blamed OSA for either of them. Nor did I burst onto a
newsgroup bawwing about it. You're scum, Horner/Durks. Pointing fingers

Look, whatever happened or didn't happen in the past, Paul is offering
to give away the sites he's done a lot of work on.

To acknowledge that is not being a "gullible twat". To keep harping
on stuff you have continuatly harped on for years in THIS thread is
being either an asshole or a bitch. IMO you're both.

You post a good thread to OSA kids, but what message does your

No, 'shame, humility and forgiveness' are the things that aren't on
the Tone Scale. However, I've seen henri make a mistake and come back
and apologize. No big whup.

What henri doesn't do is make the same mistakes over and over and then
try to make innocent big brown puppy eyes at you if you call him out
on it.

henri also tends to shy away from publishing webistes that have a
couple facts mixed in with a bunch of nonfacts presented as though
they were all valid, in an atmosphere that could only have been
designed to make critics of Scientology all look like sophomoric
slobbering unibrows.

henri doesn't try to then engage other critics in cleaning up his wide
variety of published messes and then sit back and do nothing other
than try to get his half-info sites to the top of the Google list. A
twelve-year-old would understand how perpetuating this behavior would
undermine the hard work of other critics, but Paul never seemed to
grasp that.

I've not seen henri skate in here on a story about how OSA set him up
on a DUI and try to get instant acceptance from all critics (why would
*anyone* need to do this?); nor have I seen henri try to skate out on
a story about a 'stroke' in his arm.

henri has never tried to sell anything here, afaicr. Like websites,
or drugs.

I don't agree with henri's every word, but across the years his
actions have consistently backed up his words, and he's never come
across like 'if you're not for me, you're against me' with hot and
cold running mouth. He's not Eddie Haskell, whereas Paul...

Good luck, Paul. Once again, you've distracted everyone and made them
post something. That must just make your day.

I agree with what you say (in an exclusionary mode of conduct
description). However, I think Paul tried to be of service, especially
with his last effort, the boycottvalkyrie site. It was fairly clever
and gutsy of him to put in a link to a streaming online version of the
movie, which I watched. (Come and get me, coppers!)

I thought his demeanor improved somewhat during the few years he
appeared here. Basically, I think he's a more or less well-meaning
bipolar kid who needs to get diagnosed and medicated properly -- with
lithium and other appropriate stuff, not Xanax. Hopefully, a competent
psychiatrist can help him with that.

You haven't heard that one before? It is around for a long time but

I don't understand how the significance of this escapes the

For the price of a movie ticket, anyone could see Valkyrie. For the
price of a pretty nice house, anyone could see the cult secrets.

THAT is the "fucking difference". Any more questions?

And with Valkyrie, you can read reviews of the movie in the papers before
forking out for the ticket.

With the cult secrets, they send lawyers, PIs and spies to play dirty tricks
and Fair Game on the reviewers, and try to sue the papers that print as much
as 50 words of the review.

A prominent internet figure Is picking up almost 80-90% of these
domain names for free along with a few Xenu sites going out to
possible fans. I'm excited to see how all of this will turn out.

Paul Phillips from www.phillipsdata.com has generously offered his
hosting services for free to keep all these sites up and running. Paul
has been with me since day one and is not scared of the cult or their
lawyers. BRAVO Paul!

Please contact pa...@netskrill.com if you are still interested in a
domain name. 1st come, first serve.

He WILL be! It won't take long to reduce him to a pauper. He lacks the
resources to go mano a mano with the Church of Scientology.

Not necessarily. California (which phillipsdata seems to be based in
and could conceivably be removed to) has some really cool anti-slapp
legislation and I know two *very* good lawyers who specialize in the
area and have dealt with unsavory cults before.

Basically it works like this:
1. Cult sues you for something like defamation or copyright
infringement (pertaining to 1st amendment free speech).
2. You file an anti-slapp motion detailing why the case is BS and the
activity concerned was indeed 1st amendment protected speech. This
filing of the motion immediately halts discovery (to prevent abuse of
the discovery process to gain information), restricts the plaintiff so
they can't amend their complaint (and create a "moving target), and
shifts the burden to the plaintiff to prove they can win the case.
3. Plaintiff (cult) files a response to the anti-slapp motion
detailing why their case is indeed winnable.
3. You file a response (and get the last word).
4. The judge makes a decision as to whether or not the plaintiff has a
case. Sometimes just part of the complaint is thrown out. In my case
the whole complain was thrown out.
5. If the judge rules in your favor, you get full attorneys fees and
court costs (sometimes with a lodestar risk multiplier if your lawyers
took the case on a contingent fee basis). In my case the multiplier
was 1.5 times attorneys fees and costs.
6. Cult ends up paying both their attorneys fees and yours.

What's cool is that lawyers sometimes take anti-slapp cases on a
contingent fee basis (meaning they get paid out of the successful anti-
slapp motion). The trick is to retain a really high powered attorney
to file the anti-slapp motion. The more costly the attorneys, the
more the cult will end up paying and the higher chances you have of
winning (of course you have to justify why it was necessary to hire
those attorneys, otherwise the judge may grant reduced fees). Of
course if the CoS comes after you with 1000/hour attorneys, you would
probably have a pretty good argument for matching them. If you lose,
it doesn't matter since it's on a contingent fee basis. If you win,
the cult can then appeal, but if they lose again, they have to pay
again.

^^ Not legal advice.
