ARSCC that does not exist and he apparently makes business trips for
that allegedly non-existing organization. You all know that you have to
pay taxes when you run a business and make money. But as they say it
does not exist, but has a treasurer, tax evasion must be suspected.

Yes, Dave. It was a harrowing trip, but the preliminary results are
looking quite promising. Unfortunately, I can't prepare a full report
until I get a few more things set up properly.

Dear Ms. Schwarz:
We received your January 26, 2001, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
appeal on January 29, 2001. On January 2, 2001, you requested records
concerning NCUA employees who work secretly for the German Nazi Secret
Service by hearing through microchip middle ear implants and what NCUA
is doing to prevent such infiltration. This is an appeal of Dianne
Salva's (NCUA's FOIA Officer) January 17, 2001, response to that
request. Ms. Salva stated that NCUA had no records responsive to your

is an agency of the United States government responsible for chartering
federal credit unions, and insuring and supervising federal and some
state-chartered credit unions. We have no records responsive to your
request.
Pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552(a)(4)(B), you may seek judicial review of this
determination by filing suit against the NCUA. Such a suit may be
filed in the United States District Court in the district where your
principle place of business is located, the District of Columbia, or
the Eastern District of Virginia.
