Re: Who is afraid of the big bad rabid wolf?
I really think the upcoming year 1999, will prove to be very interesting
concerning the demise of the cult of Scientology's criminal activities. I
started speaking out against the cult last July and I wanted to share a letter I
received from the cults attorney at that time. I don't own a scanner so I've
had to type it in. Still I think you will find it highly amusing.

Dear Mr. Prince:
I represent Church of Scientology International.
It has come to my attention that you have been in communication with
various attorneys who are in litigation against the Church or Church entities,
and that the purpose is to provide information respecting alleged events that
came to your attention in your capacity as an employee of a Church of
Scientology. We hope and expect that this is not the reason for your
communications.
We remind you of your continuing obligation in this regard. Should you
breach your agreement in any way, we will not hesitate to enforce our rights and
remedies under the agreement. Enclosed is a copy to remind you of your
obligations.
Sincerely yours,
Elliot J. Abelson
Well, a lot of water under the bridge since then. I never stopped
talking and the cult never exercised its "remedies" either. The agreement I was
forced to sign prior to being allowed to leave the cult speaks for itself.
Abelson, Moxon, or any other hired jackass have the nerve to try and enforced
such an agreement if they want to continue to practice law. This letter was
delivered by mail, by OSA drone and by a private investigator. The agreement I
was forced to sign has been posted of ARS.
Couple of comments:
Abelson, in so many words threatens to use "remedies" should I violate
the agreement for any cult church or its entities. What happened to all the good
old corporate integrity? How is it this jackass who claims to represent the cult
of Scientology International can speak for the whole ball of manure? This is
almost as good as the jackass they hired to depose me who proudly stood up in
front of a federal judge and told him I was once the #2 leader of all of
Scientology. Usually, the cult says "oh he was just a gardener and of no real
consequence". The burden of proof of who and what I was in relationship to the
cult would have been very difficult as they stripped me of any evidence of such
as I left. Mr. I'm new and getting paid big bucks Sandy Rosen really helped me
out there. It is for this reason the cult is now having to prove ownership of
their copyrights. Thanks Sandy, hope you got a big bonus for that!
Since then the cult has been going out of its way to try and make my
life miserable.
Its not working.
I have so much more in store for them for the coming year, much more.
The only reason I am able to do this is due to the amount of people the
cult have intimidated or assaulted. We are many. The cults own ethics are
highly questionable to the legal system they make a mockery of. Ain't it funny
how things are changing. The cult of Scientology says the sun never sets. They
attack and attack like a rabid dog those within the cult and those outside of
it.
Is it time to put the mad dog to sleep?
Happy New Year.
Respectfully submitted,
Jesse Prince

Yes we are Jim, I just got done talking to another Scientologist who has
doubts about the authenticity of Scientology. He claimed that the KTL/LO
course was a bunch of crap and that Scientology bankrupted his father. His
father is still staff at this time but hopefully that will change for the
better.
Scientology (as in the management, not the philosophy) won't die because of
the net but it will take a hell of a beating; enough to make its power
impotent. The philosophy will live on though, no matter what. You can't
kill a philosophy.

Just see that you don't get run over by a truck, or "fall" out of
the window in the 20th floor.
Of course it would be stupid of the church to get you terminated,
because no matter who really harmed you and whether they had
anything to do with it or not, they could never get rid
of the suspicion that they killed a prominent ex-member.
But then we HAVE seen that they can be stupid. Maybe you should
write down a draft version of the most important things you have
to tell - just names, dates, locations and the hard facts in
a few lines - and store them on some of the critical web-sites
as well as give them to SEVERAL lawyers, etc.
All the best to you! Happy 1999!

The Co$ needs money to survive. All you need do is limit the amount of
money it will get to such an extent that outgoings exceed income and
in time it will die. The net has already succeeded in reducing income
below outgoings and it is just a matter of time. If the net war
continues then the Co$ will die. There is no escaping it for the Co$.
Every front group will eventually feel the effects of the net. Every
source of their income will dry up. The have reserves, but they will
dry up eventually.
They know they are dying. It will be make or break in 1999 for them.
You will see them spend the bulk of their reserves in an effort to
improve their image in time for the new millenium. It will be rough
on crttics as well as the effects of the money come home. There will
be DA'ing and PIs galore. There will be "marches for religious freedom"
and many other eye-catching PR actions.
In 1999 the Co$ will be the cornered rat.

My response to the Scientology attack on Germany is contained in the

Cardinal Richelieu, on being reminded that putting opponents
to death would not kill their ideas, is said to have retorted:

Thanks, Jesse - after admitting in court that you were "the number two
person in scientology", they'll play hell trying to write you off as a
"disgruntled lower-level member". You DA MAN!

don't you love these things? i haven't got one recently but i have received
about three or four. this is a tiny ho note collection compared to that of some
people, who could wallpaper their bedroom with stupid empty crap from one or
another legal whore who thinks if they toss in a few legal words that everyone
will quake in fear.

this is as "sincere" as the way the GO always signed "Love" to their plots to

i always find the irony of such language from the cult delicious.
so far, it seems they've done a *lot* of "hesitating" in "enforcing our rights."

the cult will keep this up--to the end.
in this new environment, whenever the cult's rabid dogs attack, remember--their
own attacks are our best weapons. they have millions for starting legal
processes--so LET 'EM! then turn the legal processes around and run them over
with their own resources. as FACTnet has done. even the losses of ward and
henson and panoussis have contributed invaluably toward the ultimate victory by
establishing lots and lots of material they now can not contradict. estoppel
will get the fuckers in the end.

You know, every so often, some little Gem gets posted that makes life in
afn worthwhile. And this is one of 'em!.
Putting up the American FLAG! - on Christmas Day! - most folks make do with
a Christmas tree!. What on earth IS the matter with you Yanks?!! - the
idea of anyone running up the Union Flag on Christmas Morning (or ANY
morning, for that matter!) is unthinkable!.
I think that this devotion to the Stars & Stripes has it's roots in a basic
sense of insecurity felt by most Americans!. Perhaps it's because your
Nation is still only a toddler in World terms - or maybe it's because,
having no real cultural identity, you desperately seek to manufacture one by
revering a piece of cloth!.
Anyway, whatever, it was a really funny story - thank you.

We can certainly kill Scientology since the :"Freezone" is in place
and ready and willing to take up the slack.

I think that picketing outside of the crime syndicate's cult houses is
having that effect. The media exposures certainly innoculate the
lion's share of the raw-meat revenues.

Hopefully a cornered rat without 501(c)3 tax exemption and without
any copyrights whatsoever.

It didn't work for four South American "Indian" tribes that Columbus
and friends enslaved and then wiped out entirely -- all because they
"seemed to have none" religious beliefs.

Hell, you should have seen the victims the cult's leaders ordered out
the window on a tether at CLearwater last December 5'th. The cult
doesn't lack for victims who will gladly walk out a window -- I got a
photograph of just that.

Hell, they murdered Lisa McPearson just to keep her from leaving.
They have no moral, ethical, nor judicial qualms against killing to
silence the truth and thus try to staunch the flow.

Yet another Scientologist crime syndicate victim who can't come up

<chuckle> I wonder if the cult has telecommunications people they can
<ahem> tap for technical knowledge. I would be more than happy to
assist the cult in the capacity of consultant in the event they need
help determining if their lines are tapped.
