Who was Astra Woodcrafts mom? Is her last name still Woodcraft?
and was she in charge of taking care of Lisa Mcpherson?
Has anyone ever put flyers up around Gold Base? or DM's home?
It seems the more I read the more I find out some real creepy stuff
about this So called "Church"
Why do they put up Christmas decorations if they don't believe in
Christ?
Is it legal to put up flyers in a residential area?
It's like shining a light on a bunch of cockroaches..
Is the gold base accesible? I don't live far from there and would love
to go check it out, Can you see it from the street?
Sorry for all the questions, I have so many sites bookmarked I keep
losing track trying to find these answers. Thanks in advance for any
help, It is much appreciated!

To fool the public into thinking that it's not a cult and that you can
believe in God and still be a scientologist.
We know this is not true because when someone reaches OT III they are
told that that the idea of God is just an implant.

I'm the same way. I now have hundreds of bookmarks and am in the
process of organizing them. It's tedious work, though.

There would seem little point at Gold, the neighbors know about
scientology already. Targeting individuals is counterproductive and
sometimes illegal.

Lots of non-Christians put up Christmas decorations in my country,
including me. If you ask why the cult has a Christian saint handing out
presents, then I refer you to your previous question.

Most places have local regulations against it.

See Google Maps. Google Earth has an annotated version. There is a
public road that runs right through it, but you will be in front of
security cameras and security guards may come to check you out if you stop.

Why do a lot of Jews, atheists and other non Christians put up
Christmas decorations?
Answer: because they want to celebrate the holiday season.
Speaking as an EX Christian who is a Scientologist (albeit an EX
member of the church of Scn) I'm definitely pro the holiday season and
I like decorations, Christmas parties and everything else.
It was the same when I was in CofS and is the same with others I know
and knew in CofS.
Why should they be excluded from what's largely a secular holiday?

I know some Scientologists who consider themselves to be Christian and
who DO believe in God.
It's left up to the individual Scn'ist.

No, actually, they are not.
That's not the OTIII story.
You're thinking of the Christ as Implant story and that pertains to
the murdered god mythos. And, yes, Hubbard did think that came out of
an implant. BUT---
He did NOT say belief in deities is or was an implant or that there
were no deities. In fact, I think he said he thought there might have
been some deities.

He contradicted himself frequently since he didn't see any need to be
consistent. Trying to assemble a consistent theology from Source is an
exercise in futility. Not that theologies are required to be consistent
of course.

No, that is not what I was thinking of. I was thinking of this:

Believing there're implants about gods does not mean that Scn teaches
there are no deities.
Scn does not teach that there are or were no deities.
You'll notice space opera is listed as one of the implanted
pictures...yet we all know (and some of us bitch about it on a daily
basis) that Scn has oodles and oodles of space opera...

There's a whole lotta people like that here. Really, they aren't in

in the SO in LA, is a Class VI. She was part of the team taking care
of Lisa but don't know if she was in charge. Her son Matt was in the
RPF last I knew. I don't know if Leslie is the actual mom of Astra.
She may be a step mom. Just a guess but I seem to recall reading
something about that.
