The frightening part is that I almost get it.

  Close but not quite.

20% (not just 2%) should be quarantined / removed from society /
deprived their rights.  Its just the recalcitrant 1.1's (2.5% of the
population, equaling 6.5 million Americans) who need to be killed.

"There are only two answers for the handling of people
from 2.0 down on the tone scale, neither one of which has anything to
do with reasoning with them or listening to their justification of
their acts. The first is to raise them on the tone scale by
un-enturbulating some of their theta by any one of the three valid
processes. The other is to dispose of them quietly and without
sorrow."

Ie, re-education or death.  The "three valid processes" as I
understand them are isolation, auditing, and relocation.  Look what
that did to Lisa Mcpherson.

"Adders are safe bedmates compared to people on the lower bands of the
tone scale. Not all the beauty nor the handsomeness nor artificial
social value nor property can atone for the vicious damage such people
do to sane men and women."

These people (IE, every critic on a.r.s.) are no better than Adders.
Anyone have a similar quote from Hitler re jews?

"The sudden and abrupt deletion of all individuals occupying the lower
bands of the tone scale from the social order would result in an
almost instant rise in the cultural tone and would interrupt the
dwindling spiral into which any society may have entered."

Expunging them from the human race will make the world better (like
how chasing out the Jews made the German economy better, cuz the jews
were the cause of it all).

" It is not necessary to produce a world of clears in order to to have
a reasonable and worthwhile social order; it is only necessary to
delete those individuals who range from 2.0 down, either by processing
them enough to get their tone level above the 2.0 line--a task which,
indeed, is not very great, since the amount of processing in many
cases might be under fifty hours, although it might also in others be"

How many East Germans were "processed" for 50-200 hours by the
Stasi?

in excess of two hundred--or simply quarantining them from the
society. "

Can anyone say "Concentration Camps" ?

This one?  Or are there more?

" A venezuelan dictator once decided to stop leprosy. He saw that most
lepers in his country were also beggars. By the simple expedient of
collecting and destroying all the beggars in Venezuela an end was put
to leprosy in that country."

  Ibid. (I think that's correct)

It also means that Hubbard has no problem with killing off the PTS's
(20%) just to get at the SPs (2.5%).  In fact he uses an example about
how well that worked.

Hmm...  can anyone get that picture and one from the third reich to
add to the "made for propaganda" page?

>They have seen it before and they don't want to see it again.

>Never again.

  Ditto.

And tomorrow I get to see them doing the preliminaries in the
Federal Courthouse 15 minutes away from me.  Not only does Scientology
have a tax exempt status greater than that of any other religion in
the US (such as the Catholics and Mormons), it is also the only
religion that can prevent people from practicing their faith, or even
just part of it, without permission from the cult (in the form of tax
exempt non-negotiable fixed donations), enforced by the US courts
under the IP laws.
