How does this guy continue to get away with the *blackmail scheme
masquerading as a web site and the constant **stalking?

* Dick Scoville makes up postings about his enemies for his "Free Speech
Store" web site and then emails the victim to tell them that there is
important information about them on the web site. In order to view the
information the victim must pay Scoville a fee. How is this not
blackmail? Why hasn't anyone pursued criminal charges against him?

** Disagree with Dickie's insane public ranting and he will unleash his
army of sockpuppets to post attacks in a variety of venues in order to
keyword load the Google search results for his victim's names and
businesses. Why hasn't one of his victims gotten a restraining order
against him or better yet, filed a civil suit against him? Sure it's
expensive, but at some point it ought to be worth it just to shut him up
once and for all.

I'm just curious because I've been seeing his garbage for years. If it
was me he was after I'd be tempted to go visit him and kick his ass.
He'd be hard-pressed to continue his abuse if he was in a body cast.

I like my approach much better. Laugh at the little weenie and then
ignore him. If he doesn't get a response out of you then he goes away.
If everyone did that he'd probably close shop pretty quickly when he
realizes all his hosting costs are giving zero return.

I sense a disturbance in the farce.
