This is as good as it gets. This was a real case. She WAS named in it.

Monica Pignotti HAS admitted to "Hulda bashing" and some of that caught up with her.

So what is your point? What's wrong with that? It did not "catch up"
with me because I won and did not even have to spend any money to hire
a lawyer or appear in court. I was not harmed in the least by that
silly, frivolous lawsuit that was immediately thrown out of court. It
cost me nothing at all.

Here's a newsflash for you. Bashing quacks comes under the heading of
freedom of speech. That's why the case got thrown out so quickly.
You're really showing your true colors here, if you think there's
something wrong with criticizing a quack. My "bashing" consisted only
of stating that Hulda Clark was a quack who made unsubstantiated
claims that she had a cure for all diseases, so if that's bashing then
please, by all means find me guilty, but no court of law would find me
guilty because I have every right to free speech. Without this right,
the quacks would be allowed to take over, unchallenged.

30 of us were named in this ridiculous bogus suit for "racketeering".
The charges were baseless and the judge immediately saw it and threw
it out.

So what's your point? The fact that I was among those 30 people only
shows that I had the guts to stand up to a quack who made unsupported
claims that greatly harmed innocent victims with cancer, especially
the ones who decided to forego standard medical care and as a result,
died. If that's who you side with, it says far more about you than it
does about me.

Yes, I do stand up to quacks. I stood up to Hulda Clark and I am now
standing up to you and you can't deal it, so you have to libel and
defame me online. If you think that's going to shut me up, think
again. If you think you will make an example of me, what happens to
people who dare to criticize people who are making bogus claims, think
again. Hulda Clark failed to shut me up nearly 10 years ago and I am
still going strong. If she and her goons cannot do it, neither can a
little punk like you. First you knowingly post bald faced lies about
me and my position with regards to a university I graduated from in
good standing in every way. Now all you can do is hammer away at this
totally lame, bogus lawsuit. Epic fail on your part.

Again, for your own sake, get some help for yourself.

and by the way, this is not news on ARS. This ridiculous very short-
lived lawsuit is well known. It was discussed 9 years ago at the time
it happened. Here is just one of the posts by Rob Clark (no relation
to Hulda) about this matter:

http://www.raids.org/hulda1.htm

For more details on this and why she richly deserved to be "bashed" or
whatever one wants to call it:

http://www.ratbags.com/rsoles/comment/clark02.htm

Nothing "caught up with me". The so-called lawsuit was a colossal
failure and was immediately tossed out of court, costing me nothing at
all.

And guess what? Hulda Clark died of... cancer.

The disease she said she had the cure for.

Tells you something, huh?

Indeed it does, but even worse, many of her victims also died of
cancer, cancers that could have been curable, had the victims opted
for standard medical care instead of her quackery. It would be
difficult for me to think of someone more deserving of "bashing".

The details of this notorious quack's atrocities can be found here:

http://www.quackwatch.org/01QuackeryRelatedTopics/Cancer/clark.html

Here is the story of one of her victims:

http://www.cancertreatmentwatch.org/victims/ponzanelli.shtml

And yet my cyberstalker thinks I am the bad one because I was the
target of one of her bogus lawsuits that was immediately recognized as
bogus and dismissed. On the contrary, I am PROUD that I was taken
seriously enough as a critic, that I was one of the 30 they chose in
their bogus lawsuit. I really didn't do very much. All I did was point
out that there was no evidence to back her claims to have the cure for
all diseases, but that apparently was enough. Go figure.

Unlike Hulda Clark's idiot clients, most of the defendants in this
case are still ALIVE. Most of Hulda's idiot clients are DEAD of
cancer. In fact, Hulda herself is dead of cancer. What a shocker.
