OTHER CHURCH-OWNED PROPERTIES FEATURED
ARS FACT EXCHANGE
The newsgroup ars has been subject to lies and
distortions regarding the Scientology religion. This
short extract from "Freedom" magazine is to provide
a more accurate picture of what Scientology is and
the type of actions it is involved in.

Earlier editions of Freedom have featured other Church-owned
properties and their restorations and renovations. In November
1995 was the grand opening of the fully restored Clearwater
Building at Cleveland and Fort Harrison, which has rapidly become
a
favored location for downtown community and civic meetings, musical
performances and exhibits.
A few years earlier, the Sandcastle building next to Coachman Park
was fully renovated, complete with a new annex and lush
landscaping.
And the first building renovated was the Fort Harrison, which, in
addition to its major function as a central facility for the
Church, is also popular with the community at-large. The fully
restored Crystal Ballroom is immensely popular for weddings and
other large events.
