THE WITNESS: The phrase "dead agent pack" is

slang. It refers to a pack which compiles the truth about

someone who's been telling lies, and the term springs from

Sun Tsu's book on war and wherein he describes various

different types of agents and one which he describes as

dead agent is one who's been feeding lies whose lies have

been exposed; and as an information source he is dead in

the eyes of the individuals to whom he has been spreading

false information.

When I was in OSA, The Art of War and Clausewitz's On War became required
reading for EVERYBODY in OSA Int. They were also put on the hat checksheets
of every DSA in every org in the world, all of whom were then shoved through
their full hats. These are books that Hubbard says must be read and
understood and applied, so they will continue in use.

P.S. Clausewitz was dull, Dull, DULLsville. Musta had MU's >=) . Sun Tzu
was pretty good.

Ahh ... if only OSA's version of Intel produced such nice things. I suppose
I should use the proper name, shouldn't I? Intelligence was GO. That was
then. OSA has Investigations. This is now. Big difference, huh?

Even this bland description gives one pause. It is like
stating "the price of a person who sells cheese, when
what normal people want to know is the price if the cheese.

Likewise a sane person would want to issue "the truth about
issues on which someone has been telling lies," not what
clearly amounts to character assassination.
