Hi Tikk,
Can the evidence about Slatkin be recreated if any was lost in the WTC
collapse?

I feel he should not get off the hook for his crimes due to a national
disaster.
All those Slatkin investor people lost so much money, livelihoods
etc.....

Also, the inevitable Scientology connection must be be investigated to
see just how much of the investors' monies went to the criminal cult's
secret accounts, laundering channels etc...
Thanks.
Love, Michael.

the news report said that the SEC had offsite back ups of many documents, but
NOT of field agent notes.

Fortunately the federal people looking into Slatkin seem to be located on the
west coast and they would have both copies of the documents and many if not all
of any relevant field notes.

Also it doesnt look like the SEC did much investigation in the first place.

With the cult being so tight with Adnan Kashoghi the worlds largest black market
weapons dealer, the cult of scientology should already be on the watch list,
especially since the FBI lists them as a criminal organization and they have
such a long criminal record and convictions for espionage.

The SEC has many offices around the country, and since the investigation
is centered out west, investigator's notes probably weren't lost.. If
they were, it probably doesn't matter, as the facts of the SEC's
preliminary and half-assed investigation into Slatkin are widely known.

What is of more concern is whether or not FBI resources were pulled off
of Slatkin's case because of the WTC case, which seems entirely
possible. I personally don't know.

Count on it, the FBI is onto terrorist/ security related activities now for the
next 5 years or so. The Slatkin investigation has been 'handled'. I suppose
the culties call that OT's in action.

However there will be the local civil and criminal cases and there have been
enough lies and crimes documented that he and his criminal friends should spend
10 or 20 years in prison.

Thanks Tikk,

I feel that the financial scam that was perpetrated by Slatkin, in
collusion with The $$$hurch of $$$cientology was an act of financial
terrorism on the wealth of hundreds, if not thousands, of people.
The sceme should, I feel, be treated as such.
