Nigerian Presidential Adviser on Petroleum and Energy, Dr. Rilwanu Lukman,
emerged as the new president of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting
Countries (OPEC)yesterday in Vienna, Austria. His tenure is one year, beginning
in January 2002. Lukman, had once served as Nigeria's oil minister under
President Ibrahim Babangida.

close to 5% a *month (for two years).
You were aware of course that that price escallation figure is what was used by
the cult from 1980 through 1986 (at least), until the prices reached 'what the

In the case oil prices rising at these levels, it translates into millions of
third world people starving because they cannot afford the fuel and fertilizers
to grow crops. The figures I believe run well over 100 million people dead.

He resigned as Secretary-General of OPEC some months ago to take up his current
position in the Nigerian Government. He has now been re-elected as President of
OPEC -- I say re-elected because he was formerly elected President of OPEC when
he served as Oil Minister of Nigeria under Babangida (it was sometimes around
the early to mid-eighties).

was no longer one, and Zenon has accepted - is that wrong? In any case,
Lukman is quoted as a clam in my site, and since he did not ask to be
unquoted here, I let him there.
Unless I missed some step, perhaps, a witnessing that Lukman was not saying
the truth when he said he was no longer one?

How did this insignificant little group of religious zealots do that? Have
they been doing it since 1974? Is Henry Kissinger finally off the hook for
being the principal conspirator in yet other kooky conspiracy theories about
oil prices?
I recommend you explore the benefits that are available from modern psychiatry.
Your particular symptoms indicate a condition for which there is not a known
cure, but at least help in adjusting is available.

That's a crime, but what you Scientologists then do to worsen the
situation, that is a crime against all humanity. One person doing one
person's part in what you folks have thought, said and done against
the wog (R) mental health field during that one person's lifetime
would be correctly defined as psychotic. When you got together, or
organized, to attack the wog (R) mental health field, you entered into
a criminal conspiracy.
Similarly, or perhaps more to the point, really, Scientologists' (and
their collaborating agents', of course) thoughts, words and deeds are
evidence of the criminal conspiracy to attack the wog (R) class called
"$cientology critics."
All it will take is one official somewhere highly enough placed
recognizing that $cientology is cloaking a criminal conspiracy with
religion, standing up, and rather quickly and publicly saying so. Some
European officials highly enough placed have done so, haven't they?
Who will $cientology field to argue against that postulate? They will
field all their rulings from judges who didn't have the cognition, or
who had it and chickened out or were silently trumped by nat sec or a
yacht full of hustlers. And what will that do? Only add to the
magnitude of the criminal conspiracy which has been allowed to persist
this long.
Come on Scientologists, argue me out of it. I say your criminal
conspiracy against $cientology critics is not protected religious
activity. I say the same thing is true of your criminal conspiracy
against wog (R) mental health practitioners.
I further say that your lawyers are knowing participants in your
criminal conspiracy, in fact are an essential part of your criminal
conspiracy, and that no attorney-client privilege may legally shield
any of you.
Within that criminal conspiracy, the conspiracy to fair game, there
are those who operate the conspiracy, the Miscavige regime, and those
