done right. One can view logs until the eyes bug completely out of one's

remailer though a chosen anon proxy (or two). If it's done right it goes
through more than one anon remailer after this and all record of its origin
is expunged.
Whoever created the AB libel newsgroup was probably intelligent to know all

Oh, please. There is more than one reason for a site to be taken down. While
your pal would have everybody believe the site was taken down for legal
reasons it's never been shown that it was. It's more likely that the
so-called check forger chose to not pay the rent for it anymore since it had
obviously served it's purpose and has ended up in the archives for all
posterity.

There may be a Michigan law that applies to the case, but this isn't
it. More importantly there is at least one federal law that does
apply, but it's not a tort.

not lose the case of the merits.

He filed it in a state court but the defendants resided in other
states. So, he should have filed it in federal court as this court has
jurisdiction when not all parties are from the same state or if
international parties are involved.
Despite that he filed the case in the wrong court, his defamers and
cyberstalkers had to pay a lot to get rid of that case that was not
lost on the merits. The state court basically just told him to sue in
federal court and he still has this option.
I don't know his plans. Rick Scoville and I are allies on certain
subjects but we were never close friends. However, I still say that he
has the right to run his business and under the laws, he was right in
his claims and his defamers and stalkers were not.
However, Charles Novin is an attorney. He is at home in courts. He
knows how to win this case.
