Why would you trust people of this sort with your mental health?

"A prominent Lowcountry psychiatrist was arrested on prescription drug
charges during a raid Tuesday at an adult entertainment club in North
Charleston, authorities said. Two women were arrested on prostitution
charges, and charges against a third woman were pending.

Santos is a professor of psychiatry at Medical University of South Carolina
and director of psychiatry residence training at MUSC's College of
Medicine."

what are the names of the criminal scientology doctors who recommend no
treatments when face to cancers?

or who put red substances without seeing the ill person?

It's a silly charge. 150 tablets is somewhat less than about month's
dosage which I raise from pharmacy. It's enough to kill a horse taken
all at once, but divided in 3x30 doses, 700 mg daily I take 105 pills
monthly.

It is nothing a psychiatrist shouldn't carry with him, probably to
give it to a patient.

If it was a bipolar patient, it would be reasonable to expect an
anxiolitic and a mood stabilizer too.

Besides, neither Seroquel and neither Depakote does the "high" effect
desirable for drug abuse IMHO. Probably one could get "high" on benzos
plus booze, but this exact combination of meds smells like someone
with bipolar.

Beck Visits Tehran, Introduces Scientology

"Asked whether they viewed Beck as threatening as other Western
influences, a representative for the hard line Islamic government
laughed, stating, “No. Let him be. Whatever distracts these people
from seeking democratic reforms is fine with us...."

-----

Did Beck tell anyone that he brings the “confusion technique” and
“interrogation method” to Tehran? This is a twisted cult and is not
peaceful and not what we want in the U.S. either. They create war.
Google “Operation Snow White.”

It doesn't sound like the guy was arrested for doing anything wrong.
And he can't be that bad a guy if his ex-wife was ready to speak up in
his defense.

Frankly, this story makes me angry at law enforcement, not psychiatry.

Many people in the mental health field gained interest from having mental
health issues, or knowing someone close who has such issues.
