An additional comment can be made on Andreas Heldal-Lund. He claims on
that page:
"I personally got a copy of the course manual "PTS/SP COURSE - How to
Confront and Shatter Suppression" as printed by the cult in 1989. This
extract is from page 128 and shows that not even the wording was
really changed after all."
Referred is to the following:
"The ex-student should realize this makes him Fair Game and outside
our Justice Codes."
I intended to verify this, and was able to locate 4 copies of this
1989 edition from different sources. None of them carried the texture
as shown above. It is also to be noted that these 'packs' were
binders. You can put in or take out pages as you please, just make
sure they have those 4 holes on the sides. So how do we know that not
someone else purposely fed Andreas with this information? Photocopies
are also quickly made, who would see the difference.
Personally I can add that this was either a mistake this mentioning of
'fair game' in the 1989 pack, or it is simply a fake! I have been
familiar with things and happenings in this organization for many
years and to claim that fair game would be so openly in use that they
would print that in a 1989 pack, is utterly ridiculous!
Please add this information on your webpage Andreas! You can either
mislead people or inform them, Let THEM do the judging!

Writer's Guide to Hollywood Producers, Directors, and Screenwriter's
Agents, 1999-2000 (Writer's Guide): Who They Are! What They Want! And
How to Win Them Over! by SKIP PRESS
This book is chock full of misinformation, March 8, 1999
Reviewer: A reader
I bought this book because it looked like it was a good guide for the
beginning writer about how to break into Hollywood as a screenwriter.
Boy was I wrong. More than half the numbers I called in the book are
incorrect (not counting the 213/323 area code change). For the
contacts that are right, more than half of those refused to read my
material, even though this book said they would. Some people said they
were very annoyed at being listed in the book because they felt it
misrepresented them severely. A lot of the listings also look helpful
until you parse them and find out you have to contact the agents or
companies anyway as the author supplies no contact information. I feel
really let down by this book. I thought it would be helpful and I
wasted my money.

May 1986. This checksheet was issued as Scientology Policy Directive
140. The above quote appears in HCO Policy Letter of 5 April 1965
"Handling The Suppressive Person - The Basis of Insanity". This policy
appears on the checksheet as a "star rated" item on page 3, section C
"Organizational Actions" as item number 8.

28 Nov 1995 Memorandum Opinion [ Full Text ] - Judge Leonie Brinkema
"On the first issue, the Court finds that the motivation of plaintiff
in filing this lawsuit against the Post is reprehensible. Although the
RTC brought the complaint under traditional secular concepts of
copyright and trade secret law, it has become clear that a much
broader motivation prevailed--the stifling of crticism and dissent of
the religious practices of Scientology and the destruction of its
opponents. L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology, has been quoted
as looking upon law as a tool to
[h]arass and discourage rather than to win. The law can be used very
easily to harrass and enough harrassment on somebody who is simply on
the thin edge anyway, well knowing that he is not authorized, will
generally be sufficient to cause his professional decease. If
possible, of course, ruin him utterly.

That's correct. My twin and I at the time (Training on the Sec Check Course)
kept finding HCOB's (Tech) and Policies that were different than what we
remembered. (And no, don't ask me which ones...but there were both. Someone
else can fill in the exact ones).
We both told our Supervisor, "This isn't how we first learned this". At
first we were told, "Just move along, do your checksheets". We refused
without seeing the ORIGINAL ref's...and guess what? They had been changed
quite a bit.
That was in 1985.

The pack you're referring to is not the same, i.e., it is not the 1986 pack.

Then you don't have the same pack that I do.

I have known what 'RA' means in this context for 29 years.

I most certainly do. I not only have the 1986 pack I cited above,
but I have an earlier pack too, and it has the same policy letter
that I cited. And I have done the course. See my site page at

No, my claim is not false. I will gladly provide a scan of my issues
to prove my claims. And should you ever travel to my home in
Texas I will show you the actual original materials I've had in my
possession for many years.
You speak about: "PTS/SP Course and Checksheet Part Two, dated 21 May
1986. This checksheet was issued as Scientology Policy Directive 140"
That means RA is in there. In 1989 it still was RA. Meaning your claim
is still false.

In the line of how policies are dealt with and used, RA is the valid
version, period.

I've done my research, and everything I've posted is true. My claims

fair game continues. You're a living example.

Obviously your pack is not the same pack that I have.
>And you know what? It says: "HCO Policy Letter of 5 April 1965RA"
>You better find out quickly what RA actually means.
I know what 'RA' means. Naturally you attack with a statement
that assumes I don't know what 'RA' means. When you post a
silly 'argument' such as this, you have to realize how foolish it is.
After all, you've 'dubbed in' that I don't already know. [For those
of you who don't know, 'dubbed in' is Scienospeak for having made
something up -- in this case, having assumed a premise which lacks
any factual basis.] In other words, 'Spacetraveler', you committed
an error in logic.
>Damn waht [sic] are ou [sic] ignorant about these things. [sic]

You're wrong. Factually, I have completed the PTS/SP Course
(see http://warrior.xenu.ca/19780209ptsspcrs.jpg and also
http://warrior.xenu.ca/19780209ptsspdetandhandling.jpg ) and
am also certified as a Fully Qualified and Trained Staff Member.
I can prove it. (see http://warrior.xenu.ca/19790201fqtsm.jpg )
>Meaning that you [sic] claim is false!
Maybe you wish it were so, but my claim is 100% verifiably true.
My materials are originals obtained directly from Scientology's
publications department. I studied the course, completed it, andI
passed the exam with a 100% grade. I've also been certified by
Scientology as 'Super-literate'.
( See http://warrior.xenu.ca/19800530m1wc.jpg )
Can you prove the same certification?
