Monica,

Discovery is a blunt instrument.

Suing these people means they can take discovery against you as well. What will you do if they demand the identity of wayward radish or the internal finances of your advocacy group?

Just something to think about.

There you go again jumping to unwarranted conclusions about what I
know. You really don't seem to understand what it means to be an
advisory board member. It would be no problem because I have zero
knowledge about the internal finances of ACT and I actually do not
know the identity of WR -- I have purposely kept myself in the dark
about the WR identity so there would be nothing to find out. I am not
involved in the finances of ACT so I would have nothing to reveal. You
are not going to frighten me, rest assured. My life is an open book
and I am known for being very up front and honest, sometimes people
who know me well have given me the feedback that my honesty and
openness is my greatest area of vulnerability, so you see, the more
you try to misportray me as a secretive liar, the less people who
really know me will find you credible. I'm not saying that I
definitely am going to sue -- I am mulling things over and gathering
legal information but fear of discovery would NOT be a reason for me
not to sue.
