Alan and Sheila Atkinson-Baker are just such leaders. As CEO and President
of their company, which has been named as one of the fastest-growing private
businesses in America, they have been introducing LRH Admin Tech to their
employees for over a decade. While his name is on the outstanding rolls of
the WISE sector, and hers on the staff list as Qualifications Secretary of
LA Foundation, they are also on the roll books of contributors to Super
Power, LRH books into libraries and the Ideal Org in Dallas.
In 2007 they were awarded Platinum Meritorious, and at the Silver
Anniversary they were awarded as the newest Diamond Meritorious."

So, they are imposing religious admin techs to their employees?
Besides, they are imposing "religious" works to libraries: is there a way to
control if these libraries put these books in their "religion" section, or
are those libraries (if public) more or less in violation with the First
Amendment?

As far as libraries are concerned, the books aren't going on the
shelves. They're either thrown out, returned, or sold off. That is, if
anyone will buy them.
