Contrary to the original police report
that one Ed Conrad committed suicide
by blowing his brains out, the Schuylkill
County coroner has now determined
that his gruesome death was accidental.

"Mr. Conrad, with six bullets in the
chamber, was cleaning the inside of
the barrel of his rapid-fire pistol when
he accidentally pulled the trigger," the
pathologst's report reads..

"That the victim was shot five or six
times in the head can only mean that
his finger never left the trigger and he
kept firing due to a reflex action."
<
The spokesman added that Ed's
few friends told police that he always
had "a trigger finger" when it came to
guns -- especially the AK-47 -- and
many Americans certainly are glad
the Ignorant Bastard is off the streets.

Conrad will be buried Wednesday
outside a local cemetery.
Meanwhile, a family spokesman said
all of the petrified bones, teeth and even
soft organs -- many human -- that Ed
discovered between coal veins over the
past three decades will first be put up
for sale on E-Bay (via Buy It Now).

If there are no bids, the mind-boggling
specimens then will be donated to the
Smithsonian Institution and displayed
prominently in their Rotunda not far from
the concession stand.

Actually, no, at least not based on his posts. Ed's "Man As
Old As Coal" lunacy assumes an Earth at least several
hundred million years old. OEC, perhaps.

Probably everyone capable of rational thought, and willing
