plate and take the Message to Garica and build this Org up to Saint Hill
Size.

someone who is not ot or clear himself.
Are not the ots suppose to be extremely able and
aware and have powers ?
So how could they work for someone who doesn't
even know what the ot levels are about or be as able as them ?

Yes, Susan: they tried that in Buffalo. In late 2003, Jeff Carlson
was demoted to PES (Public Executive Secretary; a lowl-level position)
and some OT guy was brought in as the new ED (Executive Director) in
time for the grand opening of the new Buffalo Org, at which Miscavige
and Tom Cruise spoke.
He blew his post a few months later.
And Jeff Carlson was put back in the ED position.
Who else would want that job? Especially now, when the Org is in
crisis. Their stats have always been crappy, and the new building did
nothing to fix that, but they are now exploring whole new depths of
"crappy".
There's more to the Jeff Carlson story. February is "Buffalo Month"
here on ARS, and we're not even half-way through yet. So stay tuned.
