Remember the Photoshopped picture of Obama as the Joker?

http://www.rightpundits.com/wp-content/photos/Obama_joker.jpg

The individual who Photoshopped it came out and admitted he did so.

Has he been sued by Obama for libel, defamation, hurt feelings, bruised
sensibilities?

NOT!

Wow, I can see that I really have you upset and worried to the point
that you are now shouting in ALL CAPS and exclamation points. Good.
You should be. Obama is a public figure, I am not so keep on trying to
rationalize your behavior and try to convince yourself you are not in
trouble. Also, Obama as President of the US has protection that I do
not have and as a woman who does not begin to equal your physical
strength, I am becoming very frightened of you. The cyberstalking laws
also take that into account, the way the target responds and if the
target responds with fear and emotional distress, that constitutes
cyberstalking. Bottom line is that it's obvious you are very, very
worried and you should be, as I will be filing a crimminal report on
you for cyberstalking where I report my physical fear of you and the
emotional distress you have caused. Will it be effective? I honestly
don't know but you'll just have to wait, squirm on your little boat
and see.

Sorry, but I was just trying to get you to wake UP!

And you, Monica, are also a public figure when you post to a public forum.
Clueless twit!

Oh, please, stop already with the hysteria. Talk to your lawyers and talk to
the Attorney General and when they tell you to get a clue try to remember
that I tried to save you some trouble by telling you to get a clue prior to
their doing so.

You can make all the irrational claims you want. You can say you are
frightened, etc. but until you can provide some evidence that I have
threatened to harm you physically you don't have a leg to stand on. Feigned
hurt feelings, or real hurt feelings for that matter, are just not
actionable.

Bullshit! If you respond and how you respond when you do are beyond my
control. You can put on an act how you are so distressed and upset and
frightened but if you really were you wouldn't still be here trying to
provoke me. And, yes Monica, it works BOTH ways. It's pretty easy for an
impartial observer to conclude that you are the one doing the provoking and
manipulating. So please put up or shut up. If you think you have a legal
case then go for it, otherwise quit your incessant whining. I'm tired of
hearing it, quite frankly.

Yah, Right! <roflol> They will take you VERY seriously considering your
shenanigans here on ars this past couple weeks. They'll read your posts and
conclude, "What a weird person, she's obviously got a screw loose."

So far, the lawyers I have talked to have ~not~ told me to "get a
clue". They find your actions totally disgusting and think that the
Attorney General's office will take this seriously. Have a look again
at the definition of cyberstalking, which includes infliction of
emotional distress. Most women would be highly distressed to find
their head shot photos placed on top of someone else's overweight body
in skimpy lingerie. What you have done to me passes the test of
infliction of emotional distress that most people in a similar
position would feel.

As for ARS, I doubt the Attorney General's office would give any
credibility to the people here have been attacking me for. It is
obvious that my anonymous coward attackers, not I, are the ones with
the screw loose. My responses have been measured and rational,
consider the high intensity and unrelenting attacks I have been
subjected to over the past six months -- that is the feedback I have
received from credible, rational, people who have been witness to what
I have been targeted with online. I have gotten nothing but support
and sympathy regarding the irrational kooks who have been attacking
me. No way would an impartial observer blame this on me. It is the
abusers that are trying to do that. I have been an advocate for
children who are being horrendously abused by bogus interventions and
my blowing the whistle on those people is something that decent people
respect. It is only the abusers that attempt to turn this around and
call me the abuser.

You say you're tired of hearing me? Well too bad because the more you
abuse me, the louder and louder I will get because I have zero
tolerance for abuse of that kind. If you're tired of my so-called
"whining" the way to get me to stop would be to leave me and my
pictures alone because as long as they are up there, the louder I will
get and you will just have to hear it.

Monica is right. She is not a public person as Obama. If anybody
photoshops a photo of Obama, all people know that it is photoshop as
they see him how he really looks like any day on the Evening News.

With Monica, it is different as not everybody knows her.

If her photo is doctored, people might believe that she really looks
like it was doctored.

Give it up, Neal. Why can't you be nicer? Or is this against your
Christian religion to be nice to others.

Try to post kind postings for a while, it will make you feel better.

Why do you try to respectfully disagree with others when you disagree
as the Roadrunner does?

If you continue with this hostility, you will get sick.

I remember Patrick Humpfrey's hostile postings and he got a stroke.

So in other words, you looked at some statutory language, and after
reading it, decided to completely change how you were responding, so
you can pretend that you are within the protection of the statute.
That reminds me of how Scientology looked up the statutory language
Keith Henson was prosecuted under, then pretended to be frightened, so
they could have him prosecuted under it.

Unlike them, though, you don't have the clout to pull that out.

You can, however, make yourself look like a liar and a kook.

Beyond a doubt! The interesting thing is this kind of delusional thinking
seems to be something the Church of Scientology instills - or brainwashes
into its flock. It is a very strong brainwashing because even
ex-Scientologists who, long ago, forsook Scientology still adhere to the mad
rush to delusional thinking.

Barbara Schwarz does the same thing Monica does. As evidenced here in <ars>,
Barbara created a delusional paranoia that I, Gregory Hall aka Neal Warren,
and a registered sex offender named Cecil Warren were one and the same
despite our names, ages, eye colors and other physical characteristics are
quite different. But, by repeating to herself the same lie over and over
Barbara managed to convince herself that she was being stalked by a
registered sex offender. Then she repeatedly posted this false (and truly
libelous, I might add) information to Usenet. She thinks this is OK behavior
but if I post a link to an obvious, spoof, Photoshop job of her it is high
crimes and treason. So in here delusional and paranoid state What did she
do? She schlepped on down to the local constabulatory and imposed her
delusions on them so they had to waste their valuable time checking things
out and ended up telling her to get a clue and stop acting paranoid and
delusional.

Monica and Barbara both become all self-centeredly obsessive about something
any normal person would consider the usual Usenet flame and ignore or
dismiss it as such with some off-handed comment rather than commence posting
obsessively about it. Both can be observed often answering their own posts
and embellishing upon them a little at a time. Each additional post grows
more and obsessed and delusional. Finally a post arrives whereby the author
has convinced herself that she is the victim of heinous crimes.

Then they run to a lawyer 'friend' who to get rid of a pain in the butt
tells them what they want to hear. So they bother the authorities who have
way better things to do than to investigate some simple-minded, Usenet
delusion. After the authorities dismiss them because a simple Google search
of their name turns up page upon page of past instances of delusional
behavior bordering on insanity, so it doesn't take them long to determine
how whacked out delusional these people really are,

what do the delusional learn from all this? Nothing. Nothing at all! Like
the classical idiot, they will do the same thing over and over again
expecting different results next time around. After all the fact that they
were clueless is somebody else's fault.

In Barbara's case a good deal of the blame for her dysfunctionality needs to
be placed on the Church of Scientology. I don't think Barbara even graduated
from High School, let alone college. But, in Monica's case, I think the
university (USF?) where she received a Ph.D. should be sued for malpractice
and fraud. Nobody as simple-minded as Monica should have a Ph.D. after her
name.

Monica,

By continually responding to him you clearly show that you do not feel
threatened in the least. You also demonstrate culpability. You aren't doing
yourself any favors it would be best to hold your tongue.

Some may even conclude that you are an antogonistic imbecile.

Silence is golden.

She can't help herself. She's a product of Scientology and if you would read
my recent essay you would see how she has been taught to put herself at the
center of the universe, act like a spoiled brat, throw a temper tantrum and
then twist any all aspects of the universe that surround her and affect her
to make it appear to herself that she has a point, a case, a grievance, etc.

After having done this, she and other Scientologists will then add a little
more chaff to the wheat and post it. Then they see it twice, once when they
wrote it and again when they read their post. The chaff soon becomes wheat
and then they post again adding a pitchfork more chaff and the process
repeats until they've got themselves convinced they have a federal case.
Never mind how it appears to everybody else. That doesn't matter in her
delusional, brainwashed-by-Scientology world. She's been taught she has the
power to make it so by saying it's so.

Is this not exactly what happened to Barbara Schwarz when she managed to
brainwash herself into thinking I, Gregory Hall aka Neal Warren, and a
registered sex offender named Cecil Warren were the same person?

It just doesn't get any more delusional and transparent than this, folks.
That's what Scientology does . . .
