Building Design Survey
The purpose of this survey is to find out the following: if there were a
building in your city where you
could go to learn more about yourself and how to improve all aspects of your
life, what characteristics
of such a building would most make you want to visit and spend time there?
To help accomplish the purpose of this survey, please fill in the questions
below.
On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being something you would most want and 1 being
something you would
least want, please rate to what degree you would want the building and its
immediate surroundings to
have the following characteristics:
