Scientology Craps on Scarff

Last night, I received a telephone call from a Scientology attorney to
express his displeasure at several events that have occured on the ARS
web group of late:
1. Declarations and a letter bearing my name were posted on ARS, but the
content of the declarations were different than what I signed. Why did I
send the declarations to Margery Wakefield to then post? First, I have
not seen nor spoken to Margery since she left Tampa to be with Bob Penny
in his time of need. Then, this allegation was revised to why I sent the
declarations to Margaret Huffstickler? Again, it wasn't true as I have
no scanner or printer with which to send declarations via the Net. Why
did I post them? Why not? As I've seaid before I met Scientology in Los
Angeles, I'm not going to play the game of "secret, secret, who's got the
secret?" Also, since I understand that one or more of the "Scarff
Declarations" were posted via a remailer, I KNOW who posted them and
again, I will not play into one's sordid venture of Acceptable Truth of
Plausible Deniability.
2. The Scientology Organization is angry at Garry Scarff because as a
matter of joking & flaming others on ARS, he "admits" to being an OSA
agent, a Scientologist and a lieutenant of Ronnie Miscavige. The Church
takes these "jokes" very seriously and believes they can be used to draw
the Church into litigation and I am ordered to stop immediately!! First,
I am a firm supporter of free expression, and if Garry Scarff wants to
joke about being an OSA agent, Garry Scarff will. FUCK ANYBODY in the
Church of Scientology who tries to stomp on my free speech and choice of
humor.
3. Although I have been referred to as a "friend of the truth" and "a
friend of Scientology", I have been ordered to stay away from in, and
barred from entering any org or church building because of the prior
damage that I have caused the Church in past litigation. When I asked
this representative when Garry Scarff would be considered "safe" enough
to enter a Scientology building, he was told "around 30 to 40 to 50
years." So much for forgiveness, huh?
4. Let it be said that Garry Scarff sought to remedy a very unpleasant
situation that has hounded him for years. Agreeing to meet with Elliot
Abelson & Mike Rinder in Los Angeles did not give Scientology the right
to play Garry as a "Good End Product" or a subject of Push-Button-Bingo,
nor is he inclined in his choosing to respect the religious rights of
others, to take bullshit off anybody that attempts to end or dissuade is
freedom of expression, no matter what kind of bent or interpretation you
put on it.
5. I have Scientology friends and non-Scientology friends, but woe to
them should they ever try to impede my constitutional rights. As far as
the admittance that OSA regularly monitors and downloads ARS, feel free,
that is your constitutional right. And the next time you call me at
home, you better well have a better attitude and I will introduce you to
my dial tone!!
