According to Auditor Magazine #287, p. 10, under a headline
"Professional Auditors bring Miracle wins to Chechnyan Refugees",
it
says: "Dianetics Seminars and Book One auditing are bringing
miracle
wins to the people of Chechynya, whose hopes had all but been
shattered by thir country's raging war with Russia. Refugees are
taught to give assists and receive Book One sessions while
learning
this tech themselves at seminars."

This is a brief story with lots of photos on how the "Dianetics
Emergency Team" from Moscow delivered seminars on how to study
Dianetics and distributed Scientology literature -- but
apparently
didn't distribute any food or other material aid! There's a
testimonial from someone described as a "Chechen refugee", but
whose
name ("A. Larsanova") indicates that she's probably an ethnic
Russian,
and not a Muslim or ethnic Chechen.
