A businessman is suing the Church of Scientology for hundreds of thousands
of pounds, claiming that he lost his girlfriend and business after she
became indoctrinated by the controversial self-styled church.

This is a terrific case because it addresses the rampant disconnection
policy for anyone using civilian justice systems and then shows how
the church threatens if one does not use them. This mans story is the
story of many many former and current members. Glad to see it!
My local shop has run out of popcorn and beer - please we need a rest
form these new events!!
Give us at least a few days between them!

I know!!! I hope our our resident historian Ron Sharp is capturing all
these media links
ps: So glad you've been popping up lately. I always appreciate your
posts and sense of humor as well.

Thank you - i'm here at least twice a day, every day - just checking
up on everything
sadly there isn't much that I can contribute to as I am a small bit
part player who played a small supporting role.
luckily for me I always had a sense of who I was and didn't get
totally sucked into the scio trap - whew!!! Even though I joined in
1965 when I was 17. Hubbard's tapes always annoyed me and I thought "
how did a guy like this get the secrets to life"
Now of course I know better - he didn't!!

A Church of Scientology spokeswoman said yesterday: "... At a time
when our church is enjoying unprecedented growth it is not unexpected
that some disgruntled or self-serving individuals might seek to profit
from our expansion...."
Ya gotta laugh :)

This is an acceptable lie, since the truth is that as Scientology grows so
it activates more and more Suppressive Persons whose implants cause them
to start compulsively attacking the Scientology religion. There must be
many more of them in say China who have not heard of Scientology yet!
Christianity was faced with this problem too, more opposition as it grew
and attracted the attention of evil people. Eventually a tipping point was
reached, an Emperor whose mother was a convinced Christian. He made it the
State religion.
This is a solution for Scientology, the only one really. They must push
towards the centres of power, neutralise and eventually take them over.
They remind me of the Nazis in Berlin, trying to convince themselves
there was a chance, with the Allies closing in on all sides. It's about
time for Little Hitler to end it.
