Everybody from a penniless bum to the pope can call God, the King of
Glory, friend. This is basic to life and can be taken as a given. The
opposite, however, was not true.
Winners make winners and losers make losers. This is life’s law, and
the thing about winners is that even they sometimes lose – even for a
long time. Just look at the New York Yankees. What winners do have,
however, that losers do not is a spectacular past which shows up by
kindergarten.
