During the 6 months that I worked with her, I gradually uncovered
ongoing abuse. I went to Mr. Miscavige three times during this period.
Once by phone, twice in person. Each time I injected the subject of
sexual abuse into the conversation ---which was especially difficult
as he's not an easy person to get into a private conversation with---
he forcefully grabbed my shirt and warned me against proceeding. That
it would be "handled internally."
During a smoke break with another Auditor, I brought it up. Before I
could even go into detail, he told me to "stop forwarding the lies,"
and that I was "dangerously close" to losing my integrity. This was at
5pm.
By 7:30 pm I was locked up in the small locker room beside the sauna,
and made to wait. I did so patiently, and expected something to
happen. Nothing did. (although someone turned out the light around
9:00pm).
I wasn't let out until 10pm. I was tired, hungry and exhausted.
http://scientologysexscandal.blogspot.com/
There was a short conference, an informal security check, in which I
was informed that the police were going to handle the situation and
that I was expected to keep silent.
When I got home, the door was unlocked. My wife was home and, though I
can't prove it, I know that my house was searched and that she was
complicit.
She believed that, according to the findings of Scientology, age of
consent is meaningless. That the "meat" we inhabited was merely a tool
to advance the path of the Thetan. As in, an awakened immortal soul in
a ten year old body would in actuality experience sex as an adult
would.
Her desire to let the secrets between her and the Church get between
the confidence we once shared was too apparent at that point. Things
became awkward. I felt like they were turning her against me. And now
I know they did.
The Church of Scientology damaged my family beyond repair, and did the
same to many others.
It is my desire that Anonymous help get this story out to the media.
It's a story which needs to be told. People have suffered in silence
for far too long.
OMG! It is even worse than I could imagine!

Peter, There is something too unbelievable about this story. She/he
was able to get Miscavige on the phone, right? She / He doesnt even

Re: I was detained by Miscavige

I have been "lurking" for two months now. I remember the protests at
the beginng and I said to myself "why Xenu? they should focus on the
real crimes."
And now here you are. But there is an another element which needs to
be brough to light:
Rampant sexual coercian. LRH was a sexaholic and Scientology doesn't
have the same "boundries" that other faiths do.
I can attest to five different cases, involving three families and
three different auitors in the Englewood Org alone. Sexual abuse of
minors was common, only it wasn't abuse to these people. The
rationalize it all so much that they dont even resemble sane in my
view.
I've already called Nathan Baca at KESQ.
Waiting for a call back.

Re: I was detained by Miscavige
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am consdiering coming forth with my own insights into the inner
workings of Scientology.
I was on staff in Englewood, Colorado when I met Mr. Miscavige. I
can't say too much without them being able to connect the dots, but I
will say this:
Violence, or the threat of violence, is what kept us in line. I didn't
need LRH's silly gnostic-rewrites to make sense of my own
spirituality. If I wasn't married to a Scientologist, I would have
left it as I did my native Baptist upbringing.
What I saw matched what the others have confirmed. I can't believe
it's even getting out. This is only the tip of the ice berg.
Thanks Anonmymous for making this possible.

I noticed you have a Donate by PayPal button on your website?
Any reason that you are accepting donations?
Will my donations be tax deductible? What's the name of the charity?
What do you do with the money you receive?
Seems very odd to me.
But even the logical explanation, that you are a Scientologist
deliberating writing misleading stories in order to divert people away
from the cult's many real crimes being exposed around the world, seems
pretty bizarre too. I can't imagine being in a "Church" where I was
asked to make up fake websites that were critical of my church just to
make all the other real websites seem crazy too.
It's sounds like something TruthSeeker would do.
What do you think?

Give the ruling, pls. Nobody has to know "natalie's" ID, but well, at least
the offender and the names of those still inside and who did not do their
jobs neither as men neither as scientologists, should also be known.

Molester receives life imprisonment
by Sonja Garza
April 12, 1994 - Beaumont Enterprise
A judge Monday handed a life sentence to a Beaumont man officials
described as "the worst pedophile" they have encountered after he
admitted molesting an 8-year-old girl during church services.
Criminal District Judge Larry Gist sentenced Ralph E. Neeley, a former
member of a Mormon church in west Beaumont, to the maximum prison
term.
Before pronouncing sentence, Gist chastised Neeley, saying his was the
worst case of child molestation he has seen.
"You are what every parent fears," Gist said. "You are the guy that
jumps out of the bushes. You are the guy that takes advantage of
people's trust -- especially at church."
At one point, Neeley, 44, collapsed in the courtroom. Officials took
him to the jury room to recover. They later brought him back before
the judge for sentencing.
Neeley, who has been excommunicated from the church, pleaded guilty on
Jan. 10 to a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Court documents allege a church member saw Neeley molesting the child
and reported him to a church official.
Neeley called Beaumont police Sgt. Bill Davis on July 21 to report he
had sexually assaulted a child, Davis stated in a probable cause
affidavit.
On July 22, Neeley told Davis he had been "having an affair" with a
child he had befriended at church, according to court documents. The
sexual molestation lasted from October 1992 until May 1993.
Court documents allege Neeley would fondle the child under his coat as
she sat on his lap in a church pew.
Neeley also admitted to performing sexual acts with the girl in
unoccupied rooms of the church at the Jefferson County Airport and at
his apartment, court documents allege.
On one occasion, Neeley went to the girl's bedroom window and shone a
flashlight in on her, court documents allege.
Davis' affidavit also states Neeley said he sometimes followed the
child's parents when they took her to school. He then would take her
from the school, drive her to another location and perform sexual acts
on her, then return her to class before the tardy bell rang, court
documents allege.
According to a pre-sentence investigation report, Neeley also admitted
having sexual contact with a child in Arkansas 20 years ago. Court
records also show that a charge of indecent exposure filed against
Neeley was dismissed in February 1990.
Gist said Neeley had a virtually uninterrupted pattern of deviant
sexual behavior for 20 years, and only stopped when he got caught.
Neeley's attorney had recommended that he receive 10 years deferred
probation and attend a sex offender program.
Jefferson County Assistant District Attorney Wayln Thompson
recommended the maximum sentence. Neeley will become eligible for
parole in 15 years.
Davis, who described Neeley as the worst pedophile he has investigated
in his 22 years as a police officer, said the life sentence was well-
suited to the crime.
"This is something she will have to deal with the rest of her life,"
Davis said. "It's most appropriate that he be incarcerated the rest of
his life, not for one child's sake, but for all the children he might
have come in contact with were he a free man."
Neeley also is a defendant in a pending civil lawsuit the girl's
mother filed against the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The suit contends church leaders did not report the incident to police
or to the girl's parents.
Church leaders say they encouraged Neeley to go to police or the
church would report him. They also say they cooperated with police
during their investigation.
Clay Dugas, attorney for the girl's family, said the case is scheduled
for trial Aug. 8.

It looks like he already removed the PayPal account. Just clicking on

Jeez. I can't believe Scientology or the cult's minions would do this
just to divert attention or misplace blame, or whatever they might
think they're doing. It's real sick, isn't it? Not to mention self-
destructive, of course.
You're just so suspicious!

Yeah, but you immediately knew exactly who I was talking about, right? :-P
New Tom Newton, as opposed to Tom Newton Classic, who hasn't posted to ARS
since last year.

Definitely F'ed in the head.
True, true. He does love those moneymaking opportunities.

This was what I was asking about in another thread. This is Tom Newton
the Second, rather than the Primo Tom Newton/Alan Connor, right?

Aw! ...c'mon!
Just as a semi demonstration, my boss sent me this email today
<<Okay - heard an interesting piece on NPR this morning about the function

Yeah, the New Mexico Figgy Newton rather than the Linux troll.

chance anyone was dumb enough to get suckered out of money.
