Hello! My name is Milan and I wanted to be able to get in comm with
you as CC International’s new Deputy Bookstore Officer for Special
Properties and Campaigns. As this is the first time we have had this
post, I wanted to be able to give you some information on the purpose
of my hat.
My responsibility at CCINT is to forward our Special Dissemination
Campaigns at the correct orders of magnitude, through donation
campaigns and the sale of special properties, which will in turn
generate widespread dissemination of LRH’s books and materials across
the planet.
As you have seen in the recent events, the major dissemination
campaign we are currently working on is the International Library
Campaign. The purpose of this campaign is:
TO INFUSE THE PLANET WITH SOURCE BY GETTING THE LRH BASICS BOOKS INTO
EVERY SINGLE LIBRARY ON PLANET EARTH AND BRINGING THE GOLDEN AGE OF
KNOWLEDGE TO MILLIONS OF NEW PUBLIC.
Libraries service millions of people every day. These institutions
exist in virtually every corner of the globe and are open to all walks
of life and to all levels of society. To give you some statistics:
· Over 2 million people visit libraries each day, searching for
answers.
· More than 600 million books are lent to readers by libraries each
year.
· And, every 15 seconds, an LRH book is checked out!
It is therefore vital to get LRH Basics Books into the libraries of
Earth right now and thus bring LRH tech to the millions of people who
are searching for answers! As you may have heard, the entire United
States and Africa have been completed, and here is an idea of what we
have left to finish the rest of the world: Europe, UK & India – 38,132
sets needed; Canada – 1,437 sets needed; Latin America – 13,167 sets
needed; Africa – DONE!; Australia, New Zealand, Oceania & Japan –
1,672 sets needed; WORLDWIDE TOTAL – 54,408 sets needed!
Our target to finish getting the books into all libraries is by
Auditors’ Day 2008, and we are definitely going to need the help of
all Scientologists to make this happen. Library donations do count as
tax-deductible donations to all Scientologists. Additionally, for FSMs
who help fundraise library donations, a 10% commission is received on
the donations as well. I am here to help you with anything you need
and want to get this campaign finished, so please feel free to contact

letter is! Encourage them to ignore it -- or better yet, maybe take
their old, inaccurate, squirreled Scientology books down to the local
library and see if they're accepted.
That would be the best way to limit Scientology's growth (or speed up
its shrinkage) according to D.M. And it won't cost anything!
