Resistance is futile. You will be enturbulated. Xenu always prevails.
Find broken links on your web site: http://home.snafu.de/tilman/xenulink.html

I'm sure that's possible, with modern technology and all. But it's
still offensive for them to do it, and potentially misleading, if
anyone outside the mayor's office were to somehow see a copy. I wonder
how many mayors have gotten these??

Roger posted this news earlier and also a translation here:

That's not stated in the article. It says the local police investigated,
and couldn't find any trace of other copies than the 20 sent to the mayor.
There is no quote from Scientology. That doesn't surprise me. Given their
behaviour when the news about the upcoming criminal case broke, when they
ran (quite literally in some cases) and hid at the mere sign of a
journalist, getting a statement from Scientology Belgium on anything these
days is probably very hard.
But oh, the sheer pig-headed ignorance and stupidity this once again shows.
It's wonderful. Forging a publication under the name of an elected public
official. Is there *nobody* in Scientology who understands you can't do
that?
I do love how even in this short article the reporter finds the time to
point out the crappy quality of Scientology's translations, and their
inability to do a spellcheck before going to print.
There's also something in it which I doubt somewhat, but if true is new
information to me: that the federal police have a specialist unit for
cults. It says that this unit confirmed to the local police that TWTH is,
indeed, Scientology. But perhaps the reporter was confused with the federal
"observatory", as it is called, for cults, which isn't a police body.

At the launch event for the "new" old books, according to some reports much
was made of the fact that they're going to use Print-On-Demand technology
(which actually makes sense, a rare occurrence with Scientology). These
limited, individualized print runs of TWTH are probably part of that.

Lots and lots, I hope, the more the merrier. But since all copies of TWTH
have to be paid for by individual Scientologists, AFAIK, this may well be
an individual action from someone who lives there. If this was being done
on a larger scale in Belgium, I think we'd have heard more about it. Other
mayors would have reacted in a similar way.
I've said it before: the last time they tried to use a Belgian mayor in
propaganda, they had the good sense to leave him nameless, and appoint him
mayor of a named but non-existent city. Much wiser. Real mayors can file
complaints, as this one did. They're also conveniently the head of the
local police, who they can ask to investigate matters for them, as this one
did too.
One thing is certain: at the rate they're going, there is going to be a lot
of Scientology money flowing into the accounts of Belgian lawyers pretty
soon.

Ooh! Can we have non-existant Belgian mayors too?
And maybe a few dozen non-existant countries that ban it?

Ron of that ilk.

Considering the two Belgians most famous outside Belgium don't exist,
Tintin and Hércule Poirot, why not? Help yourself.

I've heard the government of Bulgravia is considering a ban.
Scientology : Big In Chechoslavia.
