OK, I went back and read The Great Middle Path Redux again.
“Ironically, that very group [critics] is now demanding that
everything L Ron Hubbard ever issued be burned in one colossal Spanish
Inquisition-esque bonfire.”
Sorry, Marty, but nobody is trying to burn anything LRH issued.
They’re trying to put it on websites and Wikileaks as quickly and
completely as possible. It’s the Cof$ that has been trying to censor
and suppress the dissemination of Scientology materials. Here’s
another leak, BTW, from the 2009 birthday event.

I really don’t think you’ll find
many people around who want to destroy the philosophical subject of
Scientology. Maybe ridicule certain aspects of it, but so what?

What IS he talking about? The guy ought to get caller id and use it! I'm

What I do KNOW is that most of the grief you are getting is from your

In the thousands of Independents and Anons I’ve met or had comm with

As Eldon says – “ridicule certain aspects” maybe yes. However most of

What we do object to is what the CofS does. If the CofS stopped doing

It is possible that they may have placed LSD on your toothbrush.
A chemical analysis report from a forensic would have been the key
there.
But, they only did you a favor making it much more possible for you to
frankly speak out because anyone who has taken LSD per -
Flag Order 3754 - "Recruitment of LSD Cases" - anyone who has taken
LSD may not join the Sea Org any more. SO even if you did your Steps
A to E successfully, when you were all done you would be right where you
are unless you wanted to join staff at some downstat org.
The Scientologists were wrong however for bringing LSD into your home.
Where did they get it from, one of L. Ron Hubbard's kids? {LOL}

As far as DM making money off Marty by drumming up fear about him,
that is standard operating procedure. It is apocalypse now over the
evil psychs, disgruntled Scilons, journalists and all others working
for the Marcab confederacy. Marty will be lifted up by dead L. Ron
for his praises. Dead L. Ron is sending smoke signals Marty's way and
keeping him safe. Dead L. Ron is more powerful than DM's Black

One of the downsides of being very high level in a crazy cult, and

"Eldon, Worse"?!? So he just *completely ignored* your point refuting

been great to read "Hmm... You got a point Eldon, they've been leaking a
whole lot. So that makes Ron's work more accessible to all. Hmm..." At
which point you proceed to direct him to Zenon Panoussis' milestone post
on ARS. Never mind, just dreaming out loud.
And now the DM-supporting Scientologists know they can anonymously call
Marty Rathbun on his cellphone all the time, act silly, and Marty is
going to grow pissed-off and put the blame on Anonymous and DM is going
to have a blast at how easy MR can be fooled.

"Group"? There are no 'Groups' out here, just individuals whose purposes
sometimes coincide. That includes a lot of ex-members will never ever go

OSA? Reverse processing people? Jens, you give Scientology
credit where it isn't do. Ask David Miscavige, an activity of that
magnitude requires at least a high school diploma.
Well see if this one gets through - he's let a fair few through
lately. This is in the other thread about the UK PI's.
---------------------
quote
"What purpose do you and others from the natter boards think it serves
to try to stick peoples’ noses in things they did before they had life-
changing cognitions? Doing so manifests a rather hateful and
depressing philosophy, the philosophy that people can’t honestly
change, that they cannot de-PTS themselves, that they are stuck
forever with any mistake they have ever made."
endquote
-------------------------------
Now then isn't that a bit perverse?
Since when do you let pedophiles off their crimes just because they
said they won't do it again? Or rapists, or murderers?
No - if we commit a crime against another person we are expected to
atone in some way. At least give reparation to those that were
harmed.
No I know many people that were harmed by the cofs whilst certain
people were in charge of it, or parts of it.
I know some that were bankrupted for example by cofs' litigation. Do
we just forgive that crime?
Certainly there are levels of crime but that doesn't forgive them. In
my book if you commit an unwarranted harmful act against another human
being then we are obliged to do more than say "I won't do it again"!
Of course leaving a bad group and striking a blow against it counts
for something and I think we all realise that - but let's not
trivialise some of the really shit things that were done to some
really decent people - people who saw through DM a lot sooner than
those here.

I responded to Lizzy!!
Elizabeth,
As someone who has been through all this once before, in 1982 onwards,
it is all very recognisable. Some of us knew about DM then.
Luckily now we have the internet and the media is no longer afraid of
the big bad wolf!
Yes there is a 3rd party but we all know who they are. Marty knows
very well that sciodom loves to penetrate independent groups and cause
them as much havoc as they can. They have done it since year dot and
will continue to do so till they vanish. You see it’s in the
scripture.
Of course there are people out there that want to see everything
destroyed – that’s nothing new. The thing is not to let them ascend to
any position of power.
You don’t fight them – you ignore them. Fighting them gives the power
they don’t deserve.
What you say above is quite correct.

Martin
I believe that would be Mike Rinder.

“For the bulk of the last 2,000 years the main Western educator – the

falsehoods and wretched causes.”

Oh, OK. Mike Rinder reminds me of Barbara Streisand
in Hello Dolly!
Well Roger, France can do that in France if it's what the culture
demands. However, in the US, snake oil peddlers abound. You can say or
promise about anything in a book. Quacks like Hulda Clark and Kevin
Trudeau regularly take advantage of that. But of course, those people
eventually get nailed when they trick or treat people.

Then, LRH proceeded to put in place policies and doctrines to enforce
keeping people ignorant about Scientology:
* By creating a class of people which shouldn't be listened to, the
"suppressives";
* By creating a class of people which shouldn't be listened to, the
"PTS's" (those connected to "suppressives");
* By creating a class of people which shouldn't be listened to, the
"Merchant of Chaos" (the people reporting independently on Scientology);
* By designated an entire field of medecine as dangerous, and which
members shouldn't be listened to (the "psychs," psychologists, etc.);
* By making scripture that upper-level materials shouldn't be read by
anybody not properly trained (and coincidentally, not having paid Ron is
dues);
LRH made it scripture to silence ("fair game," "dead agent",) or at the
very least to dismiss preemptively anyone saying negative things in
Scientology ("disconnection," "critics are criminal",) with no regard
with their arguments, with no regard with what they have observed for
themselves (Critics have crimes to hide, etc.)
There is a lot of scripture-based "don't listen to" in Scientology, or
in other words, *scripture-promoted ignorance*.
David Miscavige has been a model in Keeping Scientology Working, as per LRH.
Yeah, but somehow Marty R. and his cohorts have managed to erase,
release or not-is all those LRH policies and principles from their
respective minds. When they read anything that doesn't jibe with their
idealized image of Source, all they see is a notation saying, "This
page intentionally left blank."
Here's the response of someone named Chad, obviously an ardent
Catholic. I'm surprised Marty let that one through.
---------
Chad // December 18, 2009 at 9:44 am | Reply
That quote is quite ignorant and the wrong target. Mark 15:34 teaches
that it’s ok to ask the hard question under the most difficult
circumstances. Secondly, higher education and the arts were pursued
and flourished under “the church”.
As a member of “the church” I’ve
never had more freedom to ask the tough questions and check out both
sides of the arguments. That was not the case in LRH’s organization.
The more I read that quote the more I see how LRH was able to
manipulate so many towards his wretched cause.
-----
My response to him (awaiting moderation):
Chad, you could use a little historical education. Where culture
flourished during the middle ages, it was in discrete nations and
regions. The various Inquisitions also differed considerably according
to time and place. With art, the main point of consistency was that
most of it portrayed martyrdom and the nativity.
LRH lived in modern times. He was able to institute a worldwide
paramilitary organization and manage it consistently via telex. Today,
we can assume the RPF is pretty much the same in Los Angeles, Hemet,
Clearwater, Copenhagen and wherever else Scientology runs gulags.
> That quote is quite ignorant and the wrong target. Mark 15:34 teaches
> that it?s ok to ask the hard question under the most difficult

LOL!!!!!
Answering a quote from Source with a quote from the Bible? Both are
sometimes inconsistent, not always what the author actually believed and
often totally ignored by their followers.

Well, the LRH quote could have been made in a broader context, but it
was obviously about Christianity -- perhaps derived from his GWU

encompassed the various other major religions. These people are
astoundingly ignorant of history, following the Founder's example.

Marty, thank you for your reply.
It’s not a generality at all.
A whole raft of good decent scientologists left in 1982/83 because of
DM’s palace coup.
People like David Mayo and Robin Scott who you have bad mouthed on
this blog.
Without it being a generality ALL these people were hounded by the
cofs which you and others were running at the time.
Some of it entirely illegal I may add. If any CEO was found guilty of
a crime then he/she would get jail time. I know some are saying they
want this for you.
I don’t, but I think it would be the proper thing to do would be a
full recant and apology to these harmed ex’s.
Luckily I escaped a real scio beating but that was largely thanks to
those around me – people like Robin Scott who refused to sign a a
false affidavit implicating me in taking the OT materials over to
David Mayo – which I didn’t.
There aren’t many people around from that era here so I am electing
myself to say what needs to be said.
My prose is not eloquent and I call a spade a spade and I know some of
the things a write aren’t to your liking. However I always speak the
truth which in my case is MY truth!
As soon as I left the cofs my honour and integrity started returning.
I am not into gamesmanship and I hope some of what I say reaches some

I differ with Rocky... I think Marty Rathbun and Mike Rinder need to
be tried for a wide range of **felonies. such as
abetting the imprisonment and death of Lisa McPherson, and for trying
to cover it up, and sending the witnesses offshore etc
and sending armed thugs after critics, their children and parents
world wide... and for instituting fribouls but costly and ruinous
lawsuits against critics and those who left the cult... this mix of
civil and criminal complaints need to be tried in the US courts.
Those found guilty then need to do about as much time (a few decades)
as some of the fake tele-evangelists got for didding their secretaries
and stealing a few million dollars.
Orchestrating, kidnap, physical and mental torture with the GOAL to
drive the target into a mental hosptial or to SUICIDE (as was tried
with me to the point of arrest and incarceraton for a night until a
world wide campaign got to the police/ court/ gaining my releasE... it
was still plenty traumatic..took years to recover.. (my release
thanks to Arnaldo Lerma and Margarette Singer may she rest peacefully
for all she has done).
and for planning and orchestrating the suicides of more than a few
people as detailed by others involved and who have testified to those
facts in courts world wide...such as Stacy Young, RvY, Andre Taboyayan
and dozens of others... and for being a vicious, willfully ignorant
coward, with no actual balls or integrity at all.... in violaton of
his sworn oath to creeds of el tubbo .. (thats contract fraud)

I agree with you mostly. If it could be proved who was actually
responsible then I think the full weight of your country's law should

I'm sure marty was a willing participant but I doubt he has the nounce
to be an instigator. Maybe I'm wrong - maybe he is a go for it killer

Marty - I appreciate you want to keep your board focused on your
agenda.
However how are you going to be "Moving On Up a Little Higher" when
you have the lead weight of your past holding you firmly fixed?
Yes you will be a cause celeb amongst the sycophants here but they
number only a few compared to numbers really out here.
If you won't publish my honest and sincere replies then what is the
point?
If you truly want to move on a little higher then you will have to
address the past - I think it's called auditing!!
Do your seriously think you can achieve the state of OT by being
disingenuous?
I don't know what you have as an end game to what you are doing but if
you are aiming for a certain status then you will have to impress the
many - not the few.
sincerely
Martin

Right. You just pillory him in public a billion times where he can see you
doing it.

It will be interesting to see what Rinder has to say, if he ever says
anything. His job description would seem to entail a lot more
hypocrisy.
Publicly commenting on someone else's *public expression* is not
"pillory." When someone expresses himself *publicly*, it would be
utterly silly to expect that his/her comment shouldn't be *publicly*
argued/commented by others for whatever reason, even more so when the
commentaries *publicly* expressed are filled with quite arguable content.
An Anon from England called him some time back on Skype, recorded it
and stuck it on the Internet somewhere. Basically he asked Marty if he
was trying to mount a coup or somehow reform Scientology.
I don't doubt that he's getting calls. A couple of websites have also
gone up, one an RFW type thing with personal family information dug up
in public records. The smear sites are bviously clumsy OSA work, and
most of the calls most likely are too.
LOLWUT?
It's called 'free speech' and nobody's making him read it. And I'm not
going to curtail my posts because I might hurt his ickle feelings. After
what he's done, and gotten away with, he deserves every negative word.
"Oh boo-hoo! Someone on the internet said something bad about MR!" LOL!
He can go die in a Pinto, if you get my drift.

But, the only 'evidence' that there's any kind of 'flood' of harassing
calls, whether OSA or Anon, is Marty's own report and, I'd say the
'fact' that Marty reports something as 'fact' is enough to consider it a
dubious 'fact', especially when he chooses to use it to hobbyhorse
around on playing victim of his evil enemies.
Marty has long since exhausted his 'benefit of the doubt' supply.

I'd say one of the most revealing aspects of Marty Rathbun's current
game is his elimination of calls for jail for Miscavige on his blog.
I'm not sure what it reveals, but, it's revealing.

Marty deleted one of my posts for the first time, just the other day. I
wish
I had kept a copy before posting it. It was re: his post on what the UK
donations buy you or something like that, and he posted about how he
was the victim of the evil DM using PI's on him.
I told him that DM was following an LRH policy written in 1966 (when DM
was only 6 years old) and that to the Scios still inside, Marty was
nothing
more than a squirrel that had to be handled per standard LRH tech.
Apparently he didn't like that.
the culpability is long since proven and a matter or record... this

It sure as fuck CAN be. Pillorying can definitely take the form of public
commentary. Have you read Zinj's constant constant constant constant
commentary on this?
>When someone expresses himself *publicly*, it would be utterly silly to
>expect that his/her comment shouldn't be *publicly* argued/commented by

It OBVIOUSLY depends on what's said. Therefore your argument excludes a
middle set of facts.
C
I didn't say it wasn't free speech or that Zinj couldn't do it.
But the exercising of free speech can take the form of pillorying a person,
just as it can take the form of complimenting a person, damning a person
with faint praise, writing non committal things about a person, etc, etc....

Gee, no. I'm way too fucking stupid, yo.

C
To be perfectly fair, I don't consider one call from an Anon (that call
Marty got) to be a trend or flood or whatever. It's more a one off, AFAIK.
C
Oh, bullshit.
C
I don't like the way you talk to me Miss Dried Up Cunt.
So fuck off.
I don't like the way you talk to me, either, or to other female contributors
on this forum.
So much for "you never see me ever saying more than beyond what needs to be
said"

Maybe you can contact your attorney.
Or better yet Claire, maybe you can even get in touch
with the Police like your good friends Kristi and Peach.
Perhaps you should consult a psychiatrist.
C
Yes, it was. Marty seemed somewhat surprised that the guy got his
phone number and called out of the blue, and was resentful at the
temerity of the questions. So it would be natural for OSA to pick up
on that and decide to harass him impersonating Anons. He and his band
aren't very hip to subtleties like that.
Well I can say this much.
At least he considered my comments left on his website
appropriate and didn't delete them as *inappropriate* like
some people.
Because they were appropriate. And considering the circumstances
of *people impersonating Anons impersonating OSA etc..." I think
that is giving the guy a fair shake.
Not some of this slimy lying shit some people dream up to tell
people {names not mentioned}.
Plus a lot of people don't take the actions of Anons seriously.
I do and for good reason. Paulette Cooper was a victim of the
Church of Scientology of New York, so was Noah Lottick, so was
Raul Batista, so was Richard Kelly, so was Annette Soucy, so was
Jamie Venditto and so was me to name a few.
Anons are the first people in New York City history to ever come
forward and ACTUALLY not theoretically protest these people's actions.
Bless their little souls. Some people finally got a little more closure on
the
matter.
And this person here, this chic Voltaire Claire or whoever, did you read
what she posted *unnoticed* to this newsgroup the other day. I did. About
Michell Sterlings chat session OSA recorded when there was a participant
in the chat room named "I Hate Crayons". Claire said this was a sick
criminal
person that would chat in a room with a name like that. I don't think that.
I think that is adorable. How original to himself or herself that.
When Zinj says "I don't think anybody's calling or harassing Marty
Rathbun. The whine is for internal consumption," that so do not sound
like "pillorying," simply because, well, he just might be right, since
so far, deeply religious Scientologist Marty Rathbun's denunciations
never went toward Scientology founder Hubbard, the guy who wrote the
policies David Miscavige is using to run Scientology. In that respect,
yes, MR is self-serving, and thus Zinj's commentary underline this.
My empathy goes toward the victims of Scientology, those which Marty
Rathbun won't acknowledge, or those he *still despises*.
If pillorying there is, I would say it's more Marty Rathbun toward
Paulette Cooper, Jim Berry, Gerry Armstrong, etc. Anybody who dismissed
that Paulette Cooper was savagely fair gamed as per Hubbard's directives
is going to raise suspicions when they brand themselves as speaking in
favor of "human rights." There is something Scientologically
self-serving in this.
Hubbard mandated the use of "noisy investigations," did you ask MR to
stop describing a whole class of people as "hateful" those who point out
that DM is merely implementing Scientology scriptures when he sends PIs
after MR and MR? Associating critism of LRH with "hate" and as "friends
of DM," as MR does, that sounds like your definition of "pillorying."
>My empathy goes toward the victims of Scientology, those which Marty
>Rathbun won't acknowledge, or those he *still despises*.
Where's the humanity in that, I wonder?

He's been pillorying Marty on many occasions. I did not say or suggest that
*the* *above* *quoted* *comment* constituted pillorying.

Fine. doesn't mean there's no pillorying taking place. I found Zinj's
statement conflicting and disingenuous.

I was not suggesting that people should not criticize Marty Rathbun.

what the FUCK?
I did no such thing. I made a FUCKING JOKE about the nick. My comment was
jesting and ironic. You stupid asshole.

There is that quote from "Schindler's List," which I am not sure I
remember correctly, that goes like this I think: "Save one person, save
humanity." Because "If even one man shows humanity to another, he
demonstrates the continuing existence of humanity in society." (they
said it better than I could:
http://www.sparknotes.com/film/schindlerslist/quotes.html#explanation5)
Anyways, I like to borrow that quote, and adapt it to my views on
Hubbard's writings: "Teach others to destroy one person, undermine
humanity." As long as some sees that Hubbard was justified to call for
the destruction of people -- through *whatever* means (fair game, dead
agent, disconnection, people reduced to mere objects of production,
etc.), they undermine their own humanity.
yourself and more than a few others seem to miss the point that 'tool
boi' is shilling for cult interests and that his occasional cult
criticisms are faint, distracting from larger issues or both

Im an old fart now, and Ive been noticing for a long time that corrupt
people, organizations or governments, state, local or federal .. self
destruct,
.... and do it in a fairly short time frame. 20 years or so. with
the final collapse of the diseased organixm occuring a little later in
some cases. but not a lot later.
The final stage collapse, from the eventual recognition by the idiots
involved or others from the outside that all is not right, about 2
years...in all cases..
these do not survive within national confines.
The national confinies issue:
Other competing nations insure that anything gone corrupt cant stand
the heat...these ruin their own people usually with govt bloat, graft,
tax rip offs and fraud...with the productive class ruined the nation
has no chance.. it fails to breed a productive next generation....
there is no way in hell to survive that.
we see that nationally now, in many states, and also in phatso's
cult. a standard self destruct scenario.
****
beyond national confines though, and this is new to our human
experience, supra nationals apprently can survive a bit longer,
possibly quite a bit longer..
without comment or evaluation, more than a few religious interests,
some highly organized and rich seem to survive despite various severe
corruptions. that appears now to be true with top level banking
interests... corruptions there pervert entire hosts of nations... the
entire world organism.. in that case a cancer metasticized to the
rest of the organism.
***
Id day fatso saw this coming, the evidences of both scenario's are
long standing and obvious, so he seems to have set up the cult as an
international pariah.
Pore ol philsie here THANKS GOD (and anonymous, and V, and Evi) FOR
THE LEGIONS, and INTERNETS...
Phil scott
err C.... that moron is a cult shill...twisting and pushing buttons
and distracting.. hiding behind
rare and faint criticsm of the criminal cult, and bad english, as
though it was a second language, fading
to dead nuts perfect english when it wishes to drive home some cult
protective point.
One thing Marty has done is to take the topic of discussion off of DM,
and the cult, and its ongoing
frauds and put a lot of it onto himself.. that was probably a side
effect...but DM must be cheering.
The larger issue of law suits against Marty Rathbun and class
actions ..and individual suits against other
cult executives though pose very serious problems for the cult and
its interests (the top level IRS agents founding
the CST for instance, and gentle folk seen in control positions inside
scn, and its tenacles, the Kobrins (US intelligence
now retired), Col Odom at ATEG, and those gentle folk for instance at
e republic with that killer track inside Oracles relational
data bases (millions of dollars a copy sold to govts world wide, with
e republic having access to the back doors)..
and those snakes get loose
there will be no controlling the repercussions.
Those agencies it seems are taking whatever measures necessary to
quash those links and asset relationships.
Phil Scott
it reveals that Farty does not want the specture of criminal trials
raised in any context remotely
related to anything he was involved with.... Farty and Flappy would
like to remain out of federal prison
