The following is an email I received.

Lisa,

I have been watching the news on all cable channels by using my DVR.
They just showed Scientologists IN New Orleans, and the reporter said
they are all over the city. They interviewed Kirsti Alley
(entertainer) and some other person wearing their Scientology orange
tshirt. They said they are offering relief and 100 jobs! They also
showed a young pretty petite woman giving what looked like a massage to
a clothed soldier and they are giving these to all the relief workers.
They called it something else (not massage) and say it is a technology
to free them up so they don't get stuck. You may know what all of that
means? That is the first time that I have seen any organization or
church IN New Orleans, though there have been ministries in the areas
outside of New Orleans.

Thank you, (name withheld), for this valuable information.
Scientologists do give "touch assists" which, in my view, is the the
occult counterfeit of the Christian ministry of laying on of hands.

Isn't it interesting how this NWO organization is the only "religion"
that is allowed to go IN New Orleans--a city that is now being forcibly
evacuated!

assistance. It is they who had seized the unexpected opportunity, to
expand their questionable activities under cover of engaging in social
service. If they are sincere about their charitable intentions, he
pointed out; they should stick to such work instead of craftily trying
to wean away Buddhists and Hindus from their traditional religious
beliefs. Charity demands nothing in return - neither political nor
religious conversions, he said.

According to the Ven. Dhammanda, there is absolutely no need for new
cults and religions that do more harm than good in a country, where
centuries-old religious have been well established. The unwanted
religious tensions Scientologists have already created here were
sufficient proof that they are troublemakers, he said. The Ven
Dhammanda has found that these cultists had also crept into several
universities to spread their “word” despite the fact that people here
have enough religions to live by and die by.

“These wolves in sheep’s clothing have found tsunami victims suffering
from depression a fertile area for harvesting souls.”

He told the Asian Tribune that a favorite tactic Scientologists used
for luring people into their fold was to hypnotize depressed and
downhearted people.

He alleged before the tsunami many Korean Scientologists were engaged
in proselytizing activities in Sri Lanka posing off not as charity
workers but as businessmen. They had set up businesses here with the
permission from the Board of Investments. Kabool Lanka was one such
establishment that covertly promoted Scientology while providing
employment to people here, the Ven. Dhammananda pointed out.

Commenting on the Scientologists claim that they respected all
religions and especially Buddhism, he said that this was a ploy to
deceive Buddhists.

The fact of the matter was that they were mixing aspects of Buddhism
with their own “scientific” theories and calling this religious
pickle, Scientology. The term Dianatecs, which Scientologists
frequently used, was really a mixture of the Sanskrit Hindu-Buddhist
word `dhyana’ (meditation) and the English word `technique.’

Scientology was really a moneymaking venture operating under the guise
promoting a new religion – a fact well proven in many parts of the
world, the monk noted. It was really amazing, he said, that
Scientologists still had the nerve to pose off as paragons of virtue
despite numerous police actions and legal measures taken against them
in the West and elsewhere, for over a decade. In addition, they had
lost lawsuits – the most famous of these was a U.S. Federal Appeal
Panel upholding the dismissal of libel suit against the Time magazine
for carrying on May 6, 1991 a special report (cover story) titled
“Scientology – The Cult Of Greed,” that exposed this `church’ as a
ruthless global scam that ruined lives and destroyed fortunes. In a
section of the special report that appeared only in the magazine’s
international edition, Journalist Richard Behar recalled how over 30
years ago Britain, Greece, Spain, Portugal, and Venezuela closed their
ports to Scientologists, following public outcry. At one point, a
French court had convicted Scientology Founder Ron Hubbard of fraud in
absentia.

Following is an excerpt from this article:

“ In Italy a two-year trial of 76 Scientologists, among them the
former leader of the church's Italian operations is nearing completion
in Milan. Two weeks ago, prosecutor Pietro Forno requested jail terms
for all the defendants who are accused of extortion, cheating
"mentally incapacitated" people and evading as much as $50 million in
taxes. `All of the trial's victims went to Scientology in search of a
cure or a better life,’ said Forno, `but the Scientologists were
amateur psychiatrists who practiced psychological terrorism’. For some
victims, he added, `the intervention of the Scientologists was
devastating. Parents complaining to officials that Scientology had a
financial stranglehold on their children, who had joined the church or
entered Narconon, its drug rehabilitation unit, triggered the Milan
case. In 1986 Treasury and paramilitary police conducted raids in 20
cities across Italy shutting down 27 Scientology centers and seizing
100,000 documents….”

A group of Scientologists were recently found distributing a 30 page
full colour, propaganda booklet in Sinhala, titled, Santhoshayata
Maga(The Path to Joy) in Colombo suburbs of Dehiwala and Mount
Lavinia, recently. A copy of the half A-4 sized booklet that came into
Journalist Deeptha L. Gamage’s hands carries maliciously distorted
facts on Buddhism’s history.

In a chapter that warns readers against wrong sexual behavior, the
author states on page 8: “Adultery is nothing new. Buddhism, which was
a powerful religion in India in the Seventh Century, disappeared from
there as a result of sex perversions of Buddhist monks in temples.”

I agree with Kim P. here. Scientology usually acts as a parasite to a
host, preferring social organisms with the least resistance. In the
confusion of a disaster, there is a brief opportunity to run control on
the victims. When the boasting and pictures emerge through their paid
marketing efforts, rebuttals begin. Eventually FEMA and local law
enforcement will scrape the yellow shirts off the feet of the Katrina
victims.

I'm aware of that. He is stil is officiallyl the head of FEMA. The only
reason they took him off post in New Orleans is because of public and
media outrage. But they did not remove him until after thousands died
due to DEHYDRATION. President Bush is pleased with Brown's inaction in
New Orleans although the public is not pleased with his faked resume.

Defending the U.S. government's response to Hurricane Katrina,
Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff argued Saturday that
government planners did not predict such a disaster ever could occur.

officials did not expect both a powerful hurricane and a breach of
levees that would flood the city of New Orleans. In 2002 the New
Orleans Times-Picayune ran a five-part series exploring the

well, specifically addressed the possibility of massive floods
drowning residents, destroying homes and releasing toxic chemicals

away) Scientists long have discussed this possibility as a sort of
doomsday scenario. As far back as Friday, August 26, the National
Hurricane Center was predicting the storm could be a Category 4
hurricane at landfall, with New Orleans directly in its path. The
National Weather Service prediction proved almost perfect. Katrina
made landfall on Monday, August 29.

As Katrina roared into the Gulf of Mexico, emergency planners poured
over maps and charts of a hurricane simulation that projected 61,290
dead and 384,257 injured or sick in a catastrophic flood that would
leave swaths of southeast Louisiana uninhabitable for more than a
year. These planners were not involved in the frantic preparations
for Katrina. By coincidence, they were working on a yearlong project
to prepare federal and state officials for a Category 3 hurricane
striking New Orleans. Their fictitious storm eerily foreshadowed the
havoc wrought by Category 4 Katrina a few days later, raising
questions about whether government leaders did everything possible -
as early as possible - to protect New Orleans residents from a well-
documented threat.

Friday, said he was kept apprised of Hurricane Pam planning from the
beginning. He assumes the report also was sent to superiors at the
Homeland Security Department, "but can I put it in the hands of

criticized for its reconstruction work in Iraq has begun tapping a
$500 million Navy contract to do emergency repairs at Gulf Coast

bid contract last July to provide debris removal and other emergency

reported being paid $10.7 billion for Iraq-related government work

who cares what they believe - a shiatsu massage is extremely beneficial
- and if you have never had one I suggest you try it - it is wonderful

There is a letter by Thomas Kruchem on the web. He seems to be a
reporter. He also writes about Scarff. He wrote he heard quite some
stories about Scarff from attorneys. Scarff sent a letter through
attorneys Abling & Chapman in 1995 demanding damages as sexually
molested by an archbishop. (While sexual abuses by priests are a sad
facts, it is very doubtful that Scarff ever was molested but that he
just tries to extort as he also extorted the University of California
by lying he would be a Jew and was attacked by a Moslim.)
Apparently, revealing information about Scarff's missing character and
his activities are in his own affidavit of October 6, 1991, in
newspaper reports of the Daily News of November 1, 1983 and Milwaukee
Journal of April 2, 1988 and that Scarff never was a Scientologist, and
that he is not credible.

following meetings with attorney Elliott Abelson and OSA Chief Mike
Rinder. Here he claimed following, which also supports that Scarff's
lies about Scientologists alleged murder and poison plans and putting
him up to commit crimes were completely fabrications:

I decided that some weeks ago as well. Everything is a conspiracy
based on Ruby, even when there is no conspirary. Perhaps you should
read about Terri Schiavo and Michael Schiavo on this n.g., per Lisa
Ruby.

With all her religiosity, she couldn't answer a simple question that I
asked repeatedly. Nobody qualifies as a christian per her standards,
not even the fundie Bush. I asked her this simple question about her
loving god(s): I am a jew, and do not believe Jesus was anything other
than a man, where will your loving god(s) send me after my death?
Perhaps she is nervous because she knows her loving god(s) is not so
loving afterall.

military or any other hostile use of environmental modification

encourage, or induce any State, group of States, or international
organization to engage in activities contrary to the provisions of
paragraph 1 of this article."

This Article of agreement reveals much of the capability of Weather
Control techniques. We learn that such Weather Capabilities can produce
effects that are:

a. Widespread -- can cover large geographical areas. How large of an
area did our 1993 floods cover? This flooding covered the entire
Mississippi River basin from North Dakota to Louisiana, tens of
thousands of square miles.
b. Long-lasting -- Such weather devastation can last for years.
Obviously, if a nation cannot grow crops for enough consecutive years,
that nation must permanently change or die. In our article, NEWS1693,
"Occult Theological Basis For Hating Our Industrial Civilization", we
demonstrate that our own leaders hate our Industrial civilization,
because we consume too much irreplaceable resources, like oil and
mineral ore. Our own leaders believe our current civilization must be
changed, by destruction if need be. You must get the lie out of your
head that our own leaders have our best interests in their heart of
hearts. It simply is not so!
c. Severe -- We read that these Weather Control capabilities can
produce "severe damage, destruction, and injury". Certainly, Hurricane
Andrew produced that kind of destruction. Was Andrew caused by these
techniques? Doubt it not!

ARTICLE II

"As used in Article I, the term, 'environmental modification
techniques' refers to any technique for changing -- through the
deliberate manipulation of natural processes -- the dynamics,
composition, or structure of the earth, including its biota,
lithosphere, hydrosphere, or of outer space." [Emphasis Added]

Once again, this paragraph from this U.N. treaty reveals much of the
Weather Control capabilities currently being possessed by the
scientists of at least some of the nations of the world. We read that
these capabilities include:

1. The "deliberate manipulation of natural processes" -- Obviously,
scientists can seize hold of natural processes and turn them to their
own use. A good example of a natural process is the flow of the Jet
Stream. They undoubtedly can manipulate the Jet Stream! Since much of
our precipitation, or the lack thereof, is controlled by the Jet
Stream, we have every right to be very worried about losing our
productive farmland! We should also understand that the very
destructive tornadoes, hail, and other destructive weathers are
controlled by the Jet Stream. In fact, we have reason to believe that
our scientists can bring the Jet Stream right down to the surface of
the earth. This point will be important as you read Part 3 of this
series.

2. These Weather Modification techniques can also control the
"dynamics" of the earth. The Jet Stream is one such dynamic, but so are
rainstorms, thunder and lightening, and hail. Can they control these as
well? Doubt it not! Controlling the Jet Stream is a major factor in
Part 3, so keep it in mind.

3. Scientists can also change the "composition or structure of the
earth". This certainly sounds like earthquakes to me! We have been
reporting since 1992 that the military can create earthquakes at any
place on earth, using small nuclear devices. However, we had no idea
they can create earthquakes using "Environmental Modification
Techniques"! Such capability means that scientists afar off, pulling
certain levers, can create earthquakes wherever they want, and
probably, of the intensity they desire. It is one thing for people to
live in such earthquake prone areas like California, thinking they will
just "take their chances" of an earthquake killing them. But, it is
another matter, indeed, for people living in these earthquake prone
areas to understand they are in a hunter's rifle scope!! Of course, the
"rifle" being aimed at them is not a traditional rifle, but the weapon
of Weather Control that can produce earthquakes wherever and whenever
they choose, of whatever intensity they choose.

4. These Weather Control techniques can damage, injure, or destroy, the
"biota" of a nation! The word, "biota" refers to the "animal and plant
life of a particular region considered as a total ecological entity".
[Dictionary] In other words, these Weather Control capabilities can
wipe out an entire ecological system?! This revelation is astounding!
If the goal of the scientists wielding these weather weapons, is to
totally annihilate a civilization, they can easily do so, it appears!

5. These Weather Control techniques can damage, injure, or destroy the
"lithosphere" of a nation. The word, "lithosphere" refers to "the solid
outer layer of the earth. It lies above the semi-fluid asthenosphere
[30-150 miles down] and includes the crust and the solid part of the
mantle down to about 75 kilometers (47 miles)." [Dictionary] My
friends, this is precisely the region that are affected by earthquakes!
We should now be under no illusion that our scientists, and our
Government, can produce any earthquake they want to, in whatever area
they want to, and at whatever intensity they desire! Are you in their
direct line of fire? Are you living in an area they are planning to
obliterate any time soon?

6. These Weather Control capabilities can also damage, injure, or
destroy the atmosphere of a nation, or group of nations. We will soon
report the conclusions of a book entitled, "Angels Don't Play This
HAARP", written by a concerned New Age scientist who worked on this
Government program for a while before he became totally concerned about
the possibility of totally destroying the Earth's atmosphere. This will
be a series of very interesting articles. Stay tuned.

7. Outer Space can even be damaged, injured, or destroyed by these
weapons.

Truly, the "promises" made and the "controls" set in place by this
treaty are sobering beyond belief! The entire structure, surface, and
life on Earth can now be controlled, or annihilated. We reiterate once
again that a treaty like this U.N. treaty does not need to exist if the
weather control capabilities described therein do not exist. You need
no regulation for something that does not exist. Therefore, since
internation regulation theoretically is in place concerning weather
control and modification, that proves weather control is real.

you know quoting the bible is really pointless - it is not proof of
anything but that you have a good concordance. Proof of the existance
of god(s) does not exist - faith is the belief in something you cannot
prove and you can quote the entire bible verbatim and there would still
be no proof.

Your absolutism is nothing more than wearing blinders and refusing to
accept that there are holes in the story, facts not in evidence, and
people can and do question and this does not make them of "satan".

I knew that she would respond the way she did, but not even she sees the
power of her own repetitions of it. So, her quotes aren't pointless at
all. I think they go very far to show how hateful religions are
capable. It is also evidence at to why so many atrocities occurred to
non-christians. The logic is: since non-christians will not receive
heaven anyway, there is no reason to allow them to live. It was the
justification for all four of the crusades and was certainly the
justification for the Holocaust.

I think she goes very far to teach us about CO$ members and the
indoctrination they face and accept at the hands of their own religion
just as she is with her own.

As far as the conspiracy of the month club that she seems to have
joined, I have no clue, perhaps paranoia or perhaps she just reads so
much of that same information as to take it upon herself as a side dish
of religion...the religion of conspiracy. We know that it certainly is
faith based and there is no evidence to support it. Again, it's just
like CO$.

When you make a Google search, you'll find the "goods" on Gerald Lynn
Scarff, the notorious stalker, death threat maker and defamer of

forget, Scarff is a scumbag (stated so by own father) and a liar (say
many people about him) and *he* is the person who committed the crimes.
Scarff is guilty. He said himself he never was a Scientologist.

Garry Scarff indicated on June 20, 2005 that he and CAN attorney (the
one that let him pose as only survivor of Jonestown despite he was
never there) harassed Scientologists and former LAPD officer Gene
Ingram with 192 (false) police complaints.
In a declaration dated April 4, 2004 of lawyer Graham Berry is
mentioned that Garry Scarff stole 70 % funds from the Positive Action
Center. Wonder how many thousands of Dollars those were and what he did
with it. Probably paid a male prostitute he got his Aids from.

There is a long declaration by Scarff's former attorney Berry on the
web with "testimony" of June 2, 1999 by Scarff himself. Scarff said
that his "job" was to steal documents, and he worked with Anne Greek to
"deprogram" (kidnap and torture).
Scarff swore that his "job" was to steal documents, that he stole
stacks of books from 7-Eleven, that he "may" (yeah, right) have
defrauded the government with student loans and misrepresentation of

Rinder. Here he claimed following, which also supports that Scarff's

declarations nor was I threatened. I asked for Mike Rinder to be

charges against him, and now Barbara Schwarz is his current target of
criminal activities.
