wow thanks!
I saw him interviewed on a talk show.
I agree with him somewhat, but it's not til we use the policies of both
sides instead of pretending one or the other is the answer, that there will
be improvement
His example of "we only have three cars" is a fetching one but not entirely
convincing.
I would ask him how much more of other things he consumes that less wealthy
people can't
i bet his kids go to private school which i can't afford for mine
i bet he throws lavish parties and has longer vacations all stuff I can't do
i bet he consumes a great deal more than a less wealthy person
we keep breaking these things down into classes
which while he had a compelling argument, he still is dividing elite vs not,
wealthy vs not
and thus we still have hard line democrat and hard line republicans refusing
to meld together all the theories to make things better
what this does is the poorer people determining that they are willing to
have fewer freedoms if it will get them more jobs.
It won't help to give up freedom but that's what they did 10 years ago in
the name of homeland security
They're going to react that way again, eroding rights and freedoms in the
name of jobs
I was just talking to an employee today about my first visit
to the USSr and how there was no freedom a few decades ago- she was
astonished
she's be astonished at the lack of freedom there today
