Anybody participating on this group should know that I'm not LDS. I
come from a protestant background but have fallen away from that.
These days I am a deist in the sense that I only believe that the
natural world did not create itself and therefore must be the result
of something outside of nature (supernatural or extranatural) and that
"something" is not necessarily an entity as we normally think of
god(s); sort of like Aristotle's prime mover.
Anyway, if you are non-LDS, non-evangelical, non-christian and your
beliefs range from atheism
(Duwayne?) to agnostic to a unitarian-universalist bent and you
celebrate thanksgiving; who do you give thanks to? Each other? Let's
rule that one out for now. So who do you give thanks to?
