Joe Manfre points out this woman's site:

<http://www.johannas-art.com/>

where you can get portraits done of yourself in all sorts of fantasy
situations, especially ones involving Stevie Nicks!

<http://www.johannas-art.com/Portraits.htm>

I especially like Stevie's expression in this one:

<http://www.johannas-art.com/JonAndStevie.jpg>

Lest you think that she is only interested in ONE THING (fnarr), she
also has a section of her website devoted to her cat who died last year:
<http://www.johannas-art.com/TributeToThomas.htm> Poor kitty!

She charges as little as $242 for a 8x12 single-person portrait, so
perhaps we could chip in and get a portrait of Kibo in his gas-mask
showing Stevie Nicks around the Combat Zone in Boston.

Also, I encourage people to say whether they think this is more or less
creepy than the "Jesus ... With You Always" guy.

I like the one where stevie's eyes look kind of glazed over,
like she's stuffed. <-- NOT FOR FNARRING

$242 will buy a lot of kitties.

I still say we should get a picture of stevie nicks hugging
a giant can of cheez-whiz, or a picture of stevie nicks with
"corky" from "life goes on".

in similar news, I decided to go back to the website of the
guy who did the paintings of elrond hubbard with the pizza
and funyuns, and also the picture of bea arthur wrestling
dinosaurs, and also the brave conedog.

I notice that now, you can get of many of his paintings in
convenient t-shirt form, including abraham lincoln in a cage
match. BOOYAH!

he has a new painting up of michael landon carrying something
disturbing:

I think the water represents his bedwetting anxieties.

hmmmm... looks like he has an art show opening in santa cruz
next weekend, all art inspired by teevee's Law and Order!

unfortunately, I will be in humboldt county watching giant

oh, and I forgot to mention Kerri kerri keropi. HI KERRI!

I think we need a picture of Kerri and Stevie Nicks battling
each other with Giant Hs.

Anyway, here is a poem to nobody in particular.

Your face reminds me of a postel portrait
With Stevie Nicks a-crooning by your side.
Her countenance perhaps a bit distrait,
and in the back's a burning double-wide.
What are you duelling divas singing, pray?
Is it the lovely "Sometimes It's A Bitch"?
Its beauty leaves me speechless. That's to say,
I feel a strange, unhealthy, burning, itch.
Which is to say, without a doubt it's true
With Stevie Nicks you make a perfect two.

Have you ever seen the two of us in the same place at the same time?
Hmmm? Kinda makes one wonder.

I guess I'm not as hip as I thought I was since I'd never heard
of Haptek 'til now, but apparently they're the producer of
"The World's Finest Interactive Virtual Characters".
