When you use the law of a country in order to terrorize or murder
people, then you are a lawful murderer or terrorist.
It is of course not the purpose or intention of any law - not even
of copyright law - that it is used to deceive or to trick people
into being subjected to evil, that the law is used to terrorize
people or worse.
But to see that the law is applied in the way that a law is INTENDED
to be applied, that's what you have independent judges for, in a
civilized country.
You were assuming that judges would do their work
automatically, but that is not at all the case, unfortunately.
In order to get your right, YOU have first to know that it exists,
that it naturally DOES exist:
- contrary to what ill-meaning and destructive cowards
want you to believe and make you not know: -
That laws (any basic laws, which are anyway senior to any
specific laws) are NOT there in order to terrorize you, but
ONLY ONLY ONLY exists to protect you and others.
And knowing that, knowing it in a legal sense too, often involves
knowing the particular laws that DO apply to your case or to your
state of affairs.
(Under one particular law you are a thief, under another law
or from a different viewpoint, *(0) you are a highly
responsible citizen and hero - because you stole a ladder
and a rope you needed when you saved someone from drowning.)
And then you have to ASK a judge for that protection or right.
In some cases you need a lawyer
- and at that, a lawyer who wants to and can differentiate
between a person with a terrorist mind and a person
with a normal mind -
to do that for you,
because by their customs and regulations, judges do not by
themselves take actions that are not properly asked for,
except only rarely.
To talk about a specific case
- when someone uses copyright laws in order
to terrorize and trick and deceive you and
the general population, then that person is
by nature and intent and action a terrorist -
no matter how "legal and lawful" he claims to be, and
"how much he has the law on his side," according to
himself and his lawyers, and
no matter how many lawyers he hires and how much he
pays them,
he is still a terrorist by nature.
In the case concerned, he could be called a
'copyright terrorist.'
But Criminal Minds - copyright terrorists like
'scientologists' *(1) too - do see any law, agreement and
custom,
- any civil, criminal, governance, financial, tax,
municipal, trade, state and international law, and any
moral obligation and any promise and any agreement -
as quite the opposite of what it is and intends amongst
normal people to be. *(2)
Terrorists do however not by themselves stop their intentional
misuse of any law, of any custom or rule, of any trust between
people who naturally help each other - instead of dominating
and terrorizing others and calling THAT "help."
And because terrorists do not stop by themselves, they have
to BE stopped. *(3)
And we will stop them. *(4)
