Trolls?

Thanks for the tip.

I'll keep a sharp eye out on the look-out!

You seem to be ignoring three things, Abu Alfalfa:

1) Usenet was actually originally invented for the purpose of
"DEBAIT AND DISCUSSION" -- and not for one-sided mindless robotic
drive-by cut-and-paste monologues.

2) It weakens the strength of your position if you're so obviously
deathly afraid of all "DEBAIT AND DISCUSSION" (i.e. utterly incapable
of holding up your end of a two-way argument).

3) You're dismissing the possibility that we non-Muslim posters
might come up with some true and factual points which Muslims might
find it useful to take into account. This pre-conceived inflexible
and rigid narrow-mindedness on your part certainly doesn't show you to
advantage in the eyes of neutral or casual Usenet readers.

Yeah, you know you cannot win a debate or discuss any of the issues
logically or without that intrinsic islamic bias, so it is better to
concede by not responding. Yes, it is so much better to participate
only in censored NGs where you can have your own little enclave away
from any possible criticism or humiliating news about all the senseless
havoc worthless muslims are fomenting in the world today. Surely it is
better just to keep to yourselves, continue pretending that islam has
some redeeming value, put your women in shrouds before they die instead
of after, and keep up that five-times-a-day conditioning because you are
unable to play a meaningful, constructive role in today's world. Yes,
hide like a coward because you are unable to comprehend anything not
gilded with religious fanaticism or interpreted for you by koranic
jabberwocky.

By the way, I should also mention that one of the main reasons why
people are forging you is that you never condescend to participate in
"DEBAIT AND DISCUSSION", and people are getting annoyed with your
endless mindless robotic drive-by cut-and-pasting of one-sided
monologues. Refer back to http://groups.google.com/groups?selm=3E1B642C.27111878%40io.com

Very interesting. I am like a child who is being forbidden to partake in
that which is not good for me.
I find that all this anti Islamic sentiment is making me curious. I must
admit, I have learned a lot from all the bigotry in this newgroup. It has
made me curious about Islam. Why do so many post in this group if they
detest Islam? Why do they detest Islam? Is it possible that they detest
Islam because they are jealous of Muslims in their lives.
I am sometimes amazed at the simplicity with which Muslims lead their lives.
Then again there are some who are apostates to the point where they only
follow their religion when they want to. Then again, who hasn't bunked
Church.
Even so, they have this sense of family I don't have in my life. Instead of
getting jealous, I am curious. I want that, too. But not to the point where
I have to hate because my religion or lack thereof does not offer me this
spirituality.
Granted there are some scumbags in my community who are Muslim but then
again there are just as many who are Christians.
I can't understand this hatred. It could only be because of jealousy. Maybe
all these bigotted people who post in these Islamic newsgroups are failures
in life and they're looking for something to blame it on, like your Klu Klux
Clan.

DEBAIT - good one. I guess Trolls openly bait you with their distasteful
dialogue.
I don't know who is Muslim and who is non-Muslim in this group.
I like the name Unver. Is this a Muslim name?
Does it matter what name I use?
Or can I keep my name?
Or can I just follow some of the stuff you guys do?

I forgot to mention. Like the Eastern people who lead a more refined life,
the Muslims are like them. The other day, I was told a story about a guy who
in the Prophet's time used to stand and pee. Then he peed on his clothes or
something like that and could not go to pray.
Since then he never stood and peed. Makes sense and this happened 100's of
years ago.
Also someone told me that Muslims drank alcohol 100's of years ago but since
this guy (must be the same one) was drunk one day and he could not pray
properly, he never drank again.
Does seem funny because wine is mentioned in the Quran. Or maybe the wine is
not intoxicating, I dunno.

If Islam kept itself to itself - no problem. If it attempts to kill or enslave
others - big problem. The West has allowed migrants who will not integrate,
create ghettos, and some preach Jihad, try to destroy our values and now our
lives.

You can use any name, you can change your name as often as you like - it is a
free for all. Welcome, but debate is somewhat robust here. Is "za", Zambia by
any chance?

So? Does that set a practice in stone for ever? Most prohibitions in religions
derive from hygeine in times before the cause of disease was understood. At such
time, however, Christians also burnt witches and heretics, and in some parts of
the world women are stoned for adultery. Hence the disdain for pork, eating with
the right hand, washing hands before meals, covering your mouth when you cough
sneeze, etc. Some still have relevance, some do not. But making hygeine
practices sacred is no longer justifiable. Rules are for the obedience of fools
and the guidance of the wise.
