Gay-friendly words and dialog will soon be censored across the entire
media spectrum. I predicted this some years back (starting in 1999),
when the issue of Internet censorship first became public. Now, with
the recent increased penalties of "The Broadcast Decency Enforcement
Act" (passed by the USA Senate), my prediction is coming true. See
these news articles:

Big fines aim to clean up the airwaves:

http://msnbc.msn.com/id/13192024/

Senate passes Broadcast Decency Enforcement Act:

http://www.wrfnet.org/news/news.asp?ID=1892

Congress Increases Indecency Fines Tenfold:

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/n/a/2006/06/07/entertainment/e141329D79.DTL&hw=Broadcast+Decency+Enforcement+Act&sn=003&sc=654

Far be it for MOST reporters to even MENTION how such censorship
targets sexual minorities big-time! So I MUST give credit to the MSNBC
article listed above, for its last paragraph states:

"In the past few years, he said, the budding "culture of censorship"
led many PBS stations to refuse to air an episode of one children's
show, Postcards with Bunny, because an eight-year-old bunny learned how
to make maple syrup from a Vermont family with two mothers. He also
pointed out a decision by CBS and NBC to refuse to air a commercial
from the United Church of Christ because it suggested homosexual
couples were welcome in the church."

===================================

And to verify my prediction, see the following Usenet articles:

Internet Censorship Can Wipe Out Gays:

I blame Bill Frist, Senate Republican Majority Leader (and
self-admitted cat murderer).
And Rick Santorum, he of the website that has a Spanish version which
says he supports amnesty and an English version that says he opposes
it.
Typical right wing fucknuts. Hell, just last week they were pushing an
ammendment to ban gay marriage.

It is not just the gays that are being censored by the media. If you
have noticed Reuters, USA Today, CNN, ABC, NBC, and CBS News, and who
would have guessed FOX News have all admitted that the U.S. government
has asked them to run revisions and even full stories.

Reuters is the source for all foreign news and military news and many
news services just purchase stories from them.

Cheney once commented that the media needs to be controlled and that is
just what he is doing.

Lately the news stories have become so uniform that even the dumbest of
us world citizens can tell that this is pure and simple psychological
warefare and opinion conditioning on a basic and often retarded level.

But this isn't the only problem with the media. Now many news agencies
by stories directly from foreign sources with bad English grammar who
are also trying to put in their own editorial opinions trying to
condition American opinion which is another form of psychological
warfare.

The military asking the media to run their stories is too large and
disorganized to notice this competition.

Yet the Washington Post, Alternative Press AP and other sources are run
by such fanatic groups as the Moonies who think that their Korean
leader is the reincarnation of Jesus.

Saw a "Diebold" truck today.

Their new slogan says: "We won't rest."
I don't usually believe these jingles but that one I trust.

We as parents are thankful for people like Ms. Collins, who taught
our daughter "Don't believe everything you hear, only half of what
you read and nothing you see on TV."

With a little optimism, there seems to be hope, still.

When, as the world's oldest fifth grader, they finally forced him to
move it along he lost his cherished access to his peer's writings on the
bathroom stalls and thus he has been struggling for new material ever
since. It's been a tough three years but, as they say in Missouri,
things can only get better.

Yeah, they moved him to the sixth grade and he's at a loss because the
room's farther away from the bathroom, so the fat fot doesn't bother to walk
to the bathroom, I heard they're moving him to seventh just so he has to
walk around a school between classes. Just hope he doesn't molest any of the
little boys.
