We now have a black president and a white VP.
Will the VP position now be used to seek out miniority votes by becoming
the default minority filled position when a white president is runing?
We've seen Marco Rubio considered because of his minority attractiveness in
Florida.
Now, Condi Rice is being considered because she is a double miniority, both
female and black.
