Some of these images are crazy.

Brought me to tears that is for sure.

Oh hell what kind of world is it that we would let this happen.

How I wish I could be more than what I am.

Oh Lord make me more than what I am!!!

The "I" Must Die!

In as much as i can 'see',
That which is of the "I(ego,id,self, pride)" in me,

So it is i yearn, and to Our Father cry,
For deliverance from all that is of the "I".

The "I", born of "imag"ination and selfish desire,
As lust, greed, and pride, stoked a consuming fire!

A fire burning out of control, as "I" leads the way,
It's smoke concealing the fleshly mind that leads one astray.

Yet even in the smoke, searing heat, and blindness of 'sight',
Truth can pierce the blackness of darkness, revealing "The Light"!

And nothing can hide from "The Light", so "Light" reveals the "I",
Allowing one to "see" clearly, and clearly the "I" must die.

But to live, yet die, seems an impossible task,
And so we need of "Our Father", the impossible to ask.

Help me to "deny myself(die to "I",ego,id,self, pride)" Father!

And as HE Helps, HE reveals more and more of "The Selfless One".

The One who testified, "I can do nothing of Mine own self"!

The One Who leads His brethren on "The Way to The Truth of The Life".

The One Who was and is The Messiah, The Son of The One and Only True
GOD, Father(Creator) of ALL!

The Messiah, "The Light of the world"!

And as The Messiah desired above all else, so also will His brethren
desire above all else, "Father, not my("I") will, But THY Will Be
Done".......

The poem i have recorded above was begun in Creel, Chih, Mexico in
'92, a time when i sought to live and experience a simple and
spiritual life. Left Mexico in '93, yet returned in '04.

Then on 1/26/05 the poem was completed, and 'completion' is near for
each and every one of us.

And for "the poor and needy" son's of GOD, thankfully so.

For "I" can't!

"Our Father", HE CAN!

And soon and very soon, translated!

"Corruptible to incorruptible" indeed and Truth.......

Home, Home at last.......

Forever free from the "I(ego,id,self,pride)".......

All Thanks and Praise Be Unto "Our Father".......

And while there is breath(spirit) there is hope many will "see",
"see" the "I" for what it is, and then desire to be set free!

And that Spirit that was in The Messiah can "set you free, free
indeed"!

So, There Is Hope!

For Miracles do happen.......

Hope is there would be those who experience The Miracle that is
receiving "a love of The Truth" for they will "see" The Light that is
The Messiah, which clearly reveals that The Life is of The Spirit(not
seen with the natural eye), and most certainly not of the flesh or
fleshly mind("I",ego,id,self,pride).......

Peace, in spite of the dis-ease(darkness) that is of this world and
it's systems of religion, for "the WHOLE(not just a portion) world is
under the control of the evil one" indeed and Truth.......(1John5:19)

Truth IS, a lie never was and is not.......

Abide in Truth.......

(i have returned to this place they call the u.s.a. and am currently
on what i like to call a no-mad-ness journey. Thankfully i am but "an
alien and pilgrim while on this earth". Yet a return to the simplicity
that is rural Mexico would be welcomed, however, i realize that in all
things it must be "Father(Creator) not my will, But THY Will Be
Done.......)

Father Help! and HE does.......

We don't pray to God on the internet, Michael Not-Christ. That is not
prayer, and God surely doesn't hear such false prayers. What you're
doing is grandstanding for an audience. Christ said people like you
are hypocrites.

In Matt. 6:5 Yahashua` the Messiah said, "And when thou prayest, thou
shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in
the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be
seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward."

If you ever really want God to hear you, this is the way Christ taught
us to pray:

Matt. 6:6 "But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and
when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret;
and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly."

It's very ironic that you were recently preaching to shut up and
listen to God.

Be gent(i)le, don't be so quick to cast that stone.. I don't think
Mike was praying but rather expressing
bewilderment and impotence. Michael isn't a drama queen he's just
sensitive (BWAHAHAHA!!!:-)
No irony at all. In publicly accepting his personal defeat by the
world he is urging us to listen to
and obey the Will of the Lord.

But seriously, Linda. Do you *really* *go into your closet* when you
pray?
Crowded in there? Don't trip on your spikes.
How about a little poetic license?
When you pray it's between you and God and the closet is figurative.
Figure if you throw Matt 18:20 into the argument (and if your'e
*really* praying you have to)
then you better have a walk-in closet or it's going to get really
crowded in there.

So, essentially you're saying that Mike isn't in the closet...
Well then alright! That's exactly what Michael has been saying. Let go
of your self
PUT your this and your that, your book and your hat, your make-up and
mask
and oh-so-important task ("I'm late, I'm late, for a very important
date!")
IN THE CLOSET and get down with the BEingness, the OOoomph, the living
God.

See?

What say you, Mike?
You in the closet...praying or anything?

Nonsense.

There is a time for "I," and a time for "we" (as God is both "I" and "We").

What did Jesus say?

"Love thy neighbor as thyself."

How are you going to even love your neighbor if you don't love yourself?

No, this nonsense you're spouting is from the lies of the self-annulling
Ascetics.

Mark_12:30 (KJV) And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy
heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy
strength: this is the first commandment.

Mark_12:31 (KJV) And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love
thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than
these.

Joh 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also
I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold,
and one shepherd.

Joh 10:17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life,
that I might take it again.

Joh 10:18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have
power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This
commandment have I received of my Father.

Joh_12:49 (KJV) For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which
sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should
speak.

Joh_12:50 (KJV) And I know that his commandment is life everlasting:

Joh_13:34 (KJV) A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one
another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

Joh_14:31 (KJV) But that the world may know that I love the Father;
and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go

Joh_15:12 (KJV) This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I
have loved you.

Mat 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with
all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

Mat 22:38 This is the first and great commandment.

Mat 22:39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour
as thyself.

Mat 22:40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

1Ti_5:1 (KJV) Rebuke not an elder, but intreat him as a father; and
the younger men as brethren;

Heb_7:3 (KJV) Without father, without mother, without descent, having
neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son
of God; abideth a priest continually.

Heb_12:9 (KJV) Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which
corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in
subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?

Jas_2:21 (KJV) Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he
had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?

1Jn_2:13 (KJV) I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him
that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have
overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye
have known the Father.

A "warning"? LOL!
Oh, you mean as in taking Mike aside, away from earshot of the
"congregation"
and admonishing him privately for swaying from accepted doctrine?
I see...

Well..methinks you miss the subtle meaning in both

I think you're encouraging Mike's error, and you're doing him no
favors by doing so. I suppose you'll also encourage him in his efforts
to get others to reject the Scriptures and listen to him only as he so
often does. He is not 'anointed', and he is not Christ.

That is humanism, human rationalisation. Dr Phil would love you.

Everybody already loves themselves, that is the problem, that is the
problem with the whole selfish world.

Love thy neighbor AS thyself. For that to happen you have to die to
self; the old nature has to crucified and raised up to new life in
Christ Jesus. That can only happen through the total surrender of
your life to the Lord Jesus...as is right and only a 'reasonable'
service. You need Him to show you what you must do in your daily
life...and then do it.

You need to be quiet and listen (to God), and to shut up and hear
(Him), Ike

It is all very very simple.

I found the 'http://www.youtube.com/watch?
v=jpzO8hYKZeg&feature=related' video confronting and very upsetting
and posted it on impulse. I thought about the pathetic ease in which
we live, yet, to go ahead and set my daily life on some personal quest
to address human suffering is fatal. One must be still and know what
the Lord's will is above all else before moving forward; a lamp unto
my feet, a light unto my path

I would love to do something. I am a registered nurse I could go
somewhere, anywhere, it would seem, and do something greatly more
useful that tending spoilt ungrateful middle class whims in the health
system in which I now work, but the Lord wants me to sit and wait on
Him. While my life has undergone many changes, waiting on Him is
something that I have been doing for a long long time. He allows me
to express myself a little on the newsgroups as a temporal salve in a
sense to partially accommodate my desire to do more. He is good.

It is an issue of maturing and maturity. He knows what is best.

You suppose a lot.
I've never seen Mike encourage others to listen only to him
nor to reject Scripture.
What I have seen Mike do is encourage others to not be limited
to Scripture or doctrine in their relationship with God.
I see no error in that.

That was John talking to God.
John was saying without him God can do nothing.
God can do nothing without us, which is why before medical

Most of our time is spent trying to overcome God's limitations.

We created God. Now we must do God's work.

Yes, but no, not for me that advice.

It is not that I am idle, in fact I am very busy each day. I am doing
lots of things that I haven't done before and the things that I am
doing are evolving. Anyway, with everything else aside, I know my
time, or maybe just a moment, has not come; a bit like in the latest
Karate Kid movie with the coat going on and off and so on...

I try to get it across to people that God is not a Bible to be tamed
by the human mind, that He is a Person, a real Person who everyone
needs to hear from in their daily life. They need to hear His will,
and then do it. It is not going to written in the Bible, it goes
beyond the Bible. The Bible is wonderful, but it is not God, it is
there as a means to bring people to God, to enter into a relationship
in spirit with Him. That has been a message that hasn't changed in
all my time on the newsgroups. It is the truth, He is not interested
in people striving to adhere to rules, He is only interested in an
intimate relationship that is second to none in your life.

He made the Way for that to happen...

Heb 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that
we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

In this...

Rom 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God,
that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto
God, which is your reasonable service.

In the reality...

Mar 10:27 And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is
impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.

Whatever I do is wrong in your eyes, Linda, and whatever you do is
right. Remember when Stephanos was your brother and Paul was a
heretic, could you be any more wrong?

You have to entertain the possibility that you can be wrong again, as
wrong as Saul was on the road to Damascus. He had to learn something,
and so do you. We all have to have a road to Damascus experience
where you haven't just got a few things wrong but that everything you
think is wrong. If it doesn't happen before you die it will most
certainly happen when you do!

I watched the video, and it does seem to make
living pretty hopeless when you know that what
you were watching is ongoing, but you have to
keep it in perspective, and that it that the
video was created to make people AWARE of the
need to help these people and put an end to
the suffering.

Somehow, I believe that the video is pointed
at Christians and others of faith in God because
the atheists and Christians in name only sure as
heck aren't going to do a thing to end it.

It's up to you and me..

That those who are born again (i.e. born from above) will hear the
voice of God IS in the Bible:

MKJV Bible:
Joh 3:7 Do not marvel that I said to you, You must be born again.
Joh 3:8 The Spirit breathes where He desires, and _you hear His
voice,_ but you do not know from where He comes, and where He goes; so
is everyone who is born of the Spirit.

Of course it is. I don't know what makes you think people worship the
Scriptures themselves INSTEAD OF GOD. The Scriptures have brought
more people to God than your messages have.

Your message is often very unclear. How about explaining why you've
named yourself Christ? It is offensive; there is only ONE Anointed

been wrong, is that right? The real Christians on this group have
been extremely gracious about it and have never condemned me for that,

forgiveness of "sins" apparently, not that disbelief in Paul's
sincerity was a sin, and some people use my admission I feel I had
been wrong simply to win a debate. Some people have even commended me
for admitting I was wrong. And it did take some fortitude because
frankly I expected more people than you to harass me about it.

Since you appear to require an explanation, God does everything for a
reason, and although I asked several times for Him to tell me if I
were wrong about Paul's sincerity concerning his conversion, it was
allowed to continue here for about six years, and I believe His reason
for allowing me to publicly reject Paul while never losing an iota of
my faith in Christ was to show people that even without Paul's
writings, Christ's gospel in his own recorded words was complete and
perfect and wholly capable of saving. _I still believe some people
place far too much focus on Paul, rather than on Christ who said he
was to be our only teacher and guide_ Paul can be very astute about
much of the gospel, but his writings are not essential to obtaining
salvation, and I believe he added things that were simply his own
opinion about controlling the churches that I don't see in other NT
writings, things that Paul does not back up with the Hebrew Scriptures
as he does concerning most subjects, things like nature teaches us it
is shameful for a male to have long hair. Are male lions shameful? My
male cat doesn't look ashamed with his long fur.

How about explaining why you call yourself Christ? I've asked you
before and got no answer. That would go a long way towards my
understanding of you and would surely lead me to be less critical of
you. Or will you just insist on calling yourself Christ with no
explanation when it looks blasphemous and outrageous to others?

Hey Sis!! :-).

Not to me if it was true. If you are not a branch of the vine
(without the Lord you can do nothing) you are still what you were
originally born as...a 'Linda Lee'.

It is very hard to communicate with you because for a very long time
all you want to do is pump out your own context, your own personal
page Bible verses. That is why I remind you about 'Stephanos and
Paul', because you have to come to terms with the reality that you are
wrong again; not because I want to condemn you. In fact 'they' were
meant to happen for this very cause.

Since you are so determined to slam down endless Bible verses at will
and at whim it is about walking in the Spirit of Truth (truth) with me
if you want to understand me (which, I assure you with all certainty,
is prophetic of the Lord in the Spirit).

You state about me, "Your message is often very unclear" (to you that
is). Now in the vast majority of your responses to me you come out of
the stalls firing with both barrels as though you are perfectly clear
as to everything I say.

Can you see inequity/inequality there?

If you can't acknowledge a small thing (truth), then you cannot go on
to a greater thing (truth)...understanding this...

"You have to entertain the possibility that you can be wrong again, as
wrong as Saul was on the road to Damascus. He had to learn something,
and so do you. We all have to have a road to Damascus experience
where you haven't just got a few things wrong but that everything you

Perspective...yes.

The suffering of people has always been since the fall. If God wanted
to 'fix' it all He could and would in an instant but it has to play
out.

Things are, believe it or not, as they are meant to be. Nevertheless
all you can be is receptive to the will of God in your life and see
where He takes you.

Still, imagine what God sees and has seen; it seems unimaginable.
Imagine all those babies and young children whisked away in the debris
during that big tsunami, not to mention everyone else. And what about
all the horrible vicious and ruthless things people do to one another,
be it in war or so called 'peace'.

Now that you have revealed the reason behind your silly posts
there is no need for you to continue the pretense.

For those just joining us, Michael admitted that he sucks up

So what are you saying Mike, that all "born again" believers have the
surname Christ just like you? Or is that only you who has attained
that status?

The Scriptures are not my personal property; I just know them better
than you do. And instead of relying on myself as some kind of
authority, _as you do,_ I quote the Scriptures and especially the
words of The Word of God/Christ to show what I'm pointing out. Sorry
that offends you.

I am not wrong about Christ and never have been. You "remind" me
because you want to claim I am wrong about you and your egomania.

I see you attempting to exalt yourself by obnoxiously chastising
everyone en masse as if you were above everyone else, and you calling
yourself Christ, but calling no other believer Christ.

That's idiotic. When Paul was 'on the road to Damascus', he was the
enemy of Christ and the church of God. That sounds more like you (who
thinks he's above quoting the words of the Messiah and is offended if
anyone else does), than it does me.

No, it's structural integrity in literature, cultist.

If one doesn't love themselves, then the saying "love thy neighbor as
thyself" has no meaning.

If one doesn't love themselves, then they have no basis for loving their
neighbor.

> Dr Phil would love you.
>
> Everybody already loves themselves,

Nonsense.

People HATE themselves, then project that in the three-dimensional river
of sin, in time (abuses past to abuses future), in hierarchy (the
rebellious hate the oppressive, and vice versa), and in cycles (the
abused become the abusers, and vice versa).

> that is the problem, that is the
> problem with the whole selfish world.

People are criminal because they think that they have to be cold-hearted
bastards to come into their own.

> Love thy neighbor AS thyself.

Once again for the cultist: If one doesn't love themselves, they CANNOT
love their neighbor.

> For that to happen you have to die to

Notice how the cultist keeps trying to lead people back to legalism. He

You don't "show Him" anything, cultist; He shows you.

Again, we have the mantra of the cultist, i.e. don't read, hear, and
keep the Word, but don't think and listen to him (even though he doesn't
have the first clue as to what he's talking about.

> It is all very very simple.

Anyone who thinks the Word is "simple" doesn't know the Word at all.

But don't the cultists love trying to convince people of same.

You know, I understand why you detest the idea of God
and hate what you've read or heard, but keep it in mind
that much of it was written by men that claimed to have
encounters with God. To be honest, I doubt some of it
myself..but only because it puts God in a very negative
light. Slavery is one of those negative items, but in the
days before and leading up to the 1900's it was a normal
thing, and it still is in Islam. In Islam, the q'ran gives
women specific rights but all the time you see where those
rights are denied the women by radical elements that wrote
their own religion. So it seems to be the case with some
books of Christianity. Evil men do evil things and have evil
ideas. There are some verses in the old testament that paint
God as a mass murdering lunatic, but in truth He was defending
Israel and visiting on the enemies of Israel the same things
they had done to the children of Israel, like smashing their
babies heads upon rocks. God did say that revenge is HIS, He
will repay...and He DID. There are also a a couple of verses
in the OT that I've caught hell over in the past, mainly
because I stated that they make God look like a psychotic, and
they do. Do I accept them as true ? No.

What I'm trying to say is that the only way YOU are ever going
to be satisfied about Gods existence and what is and is not true
about Him is to have a personal encounter with Him, face to face,
and it isn't impossible.

A friend of mine on this group suggested that I go into the woods
and have it out with Him. I did. Nothing happened for a few months,
then one evening I found myself standing in front of Him, answering
as many questions as I could think of to ask.

You have nothing to lose by trying it...or maybe you do...

God prefers knowledge to the use of power.

> It does
> seem your God has some magic powers but does he
> have free will and is there anything stopping him from
> cleaning up the mess?

He could clean it up, but we made it the mess it is
so we get to clean it up. To Him we are children, dull
witted and knowing nothing. We have to start learning
from the beginning. The bible says that some of these
"children" will be with Him for an eternity, but how
long is an eternity, really ? Forever ? I don't think
so. In the scriptures He called us gods, so does this
mean that one day we will have grown up to be wise and
all powerful as He ? Maybe, maybe not. But eventually,
children leave the home and strike out on their own.

Would we allow a child who knows nothing to roam the
world freely ? Of course not. Children have to be taught,
and one of the better methods of doing it is to throw them
into the mix and make them clean up their own mess.

If He does a hocus pocus and everything is cleaned up,
the children will never learn a thing up cleaning up
after themselves, and they will expect Him to do it
all the time.

My kids are grown up and gone, but I can tell you that
their is no way in hell I'm going to walk around behind
those brats and clean up every mess they made! Hell no!

> Did God create the mess or is
> it outside his control?

You've closed your ears and made your mind up already.

>
> I don't believe what's in the bible but I do observe there
> is no good and (al)mighty God.
> I hope you can enlighten me!

All I can tell you to do is what worked for me. I had to be
patient and wait, and it payed off.

Of course...you've been doing something known as blaspheming Him
and that isn't good. I didn't do that. I simply screamed out to
the universe that I didn't believe He could possibly exist, and two
years later I'm on a mountain "somewhere" looking right at Him
and hearing every word He said to me.

But then I know how hard this will be for you. You're all white
with no other heritage, but I'm of mixed blood and mixed heritage,
spirits are an everyday thing with my people. We live knowing they
are everywhere, in every living thing. Spirit is really just life
force, for lack of a better terminology.

But soul...well that is something entirely different. Soul is
disembodied intelligence, and intelligence that is able to exist
outside of it's body, something many animals cannot do..yet.

Come to America. I'll take you someplace and show you things
that you'll spend the rest of your life attempting to deny that
you witnessed them, or you'll wake up and realize how wrong you've
been.

I can promise you one thing, you'll be just as scared as i was
the first time.

Rod isn't lying to Barry. I told him about the verse
and what I said.

You are the one doing most of the lying that you are
complaining about.

I said that the verse painted a picture of a psychotic,
and I also said that I don't believe everything in the
bible because many times it paints God as a maniac and
a butcher, and He isn't...

I'm sorry I can't say as much for you....

Creep, the verses you claimed meant God was a psycho were Psa.
2:11-12, which promises God's wrath and their destruction to anyone
who rejects the Son of God. Only a fallen psycho like yourself who
fears hell would think that requiring people love the Son of God or
they will suffer destruction in hell paints God as a psycho.

Psa 2:11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
Psa 2:12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way,
when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put
their trust in him.

Like it or not, you're the liar who does blaspheme God worse than
Barry the god-hating atheist ever did, and the Scriptures are true,
and the Messiah is the only way, the only truth, and the only real
life - eternal life.

Yep, these are the verses, and they DO paint a picture of a psychotic,
and God isn't that way...but man is, as are you..

> Blessed are all they that put
> their trust in him.

Yep, that's true!

>
> Like it or not, you're the liar who does blaspheme God

Excuse me, you dumbass, but it isn't blasphemy of the Spirit
to tell the truth. Those are the kind of words that turn people
AWAY from God, not to Him, and an all knowing God would KNOW it,
and that is why I do not see these verses as inspired by God.

You see Linda, the Bible doesn't pan out perfectly. Some books
ARE the inspired word of God and others are words of pure hatred.

God is not and cannot be both Love and Hate at once.

In many respects some books of the bible tell less truth about God
then they do about the emotions and thoughts of their author(s).

You are once again trying to twist things out of perspective,
your reputation as a liar is well earned.

worse than
> Barry the god-hating atheist ever did, and the Scriptures are true,

Not all of them. Gnostic writings are considered as scriptures,
why are they not in the bible ? Because people like you don't
consider them true, and what do you base this decision upon ?

Nothing more than dislike of what is said in the scripture.

This is the only thing you've said that hasn't got a ton of hatred

He does do everything that needs doing through His awesome magickal
Omnipotence,
that includes what He does through us.
However, dancing just as making love, goes much better with a willing
partner.
For some reason beyond us, especially beyond you...God decided to give

Wanna dance?
No thank you, Barry. I prefer to save this dance for Jesus.
