The question is probably better asked: "Is the most intimate act between a
man and a woman kissing or sex?" Many women I've asked have said they'd
have sex with a guy that they wouldn't necesarily kiss. To take that one
step further, prostitutes won't usually kiss their "dates".
Now, what does kissing have to do with oral sex? Well, unless you've been
living under a rock with no TV/Radio/Internet/Newpaper/Literature, you'd
know that oral sex is "utilizing one's mouth and tongue to stimulate the
sexual organs of their partner". So in effect, you're kissing your
partner's sex organs, a very intimate act indeed. And that's what marriage
is partly about. Intimacy between a man and a woman.
As far as I know, there's nothing in the bible that prohibits oral sex.
(Sidenote: Anal sex is prohibited outright.)
Given the above, I would suggest that there's nothing wrong with oral sex
per se. However, if you or your spouse is not comfortable with it, then
don't do it!
