I discovered some things about extended family that I wished I hadn't. I
found myself becoming increasingly judgmental of others when they paraded
their lives in such a public fashion. In truth... very little good came from
my three years of being a member. I've deleted my account tonight after some
soul-searching. Family and friends I can maintain contact via my cell phone
and email. There's no real need for a so-called social network (at least in
my life). I don't mean to make a judgment for anyone else who finds it to
be of value in his/her life. But for me... it was time to say good-bye. Thanks
again for the input.
