will see the following META tags:

META tags are used in web files to tell search engines and other
programs something about your web site. They don't affect what a
person sees when they look at the web site using a browser.
The first META tag listed above is extremely deceptive -- this site is
affiliated with the "Christian Identity" movement, aka the largest body of
white supremacists active in the U.S. right now.
It is the second tag that caught my attention, though, sipmly because I was
doing my monthly search through the main search engines for new sites
about the ICC. I couldn't figure out why this one came up and did some
digging. The site's keywords include "Houston Church of Christ Jesus",
as you can see, and thus the site came up when I searched for "Church of
Christ Jesus".
I don't for a minute believe this site represents the beliefs of the ICC.
It has its faults, but not this one. I also doubt very much that this
individual is an ICC member or in any way affiliated with the ICC. What
I suspect is that he/she is trying to siphon off people looking for
the web site of the Houston Church of Christ Jesus. Those white
supremacists I've encountered on-line are definitely believers in the
end justifying the means, and have routinely lied about their identity
or intentions in order to get people to read their racist trash.
I'm posting this because I'd just as soon not contact the ICC privately
and let them know about this site. This way, I figure the word will
get to whoever needs to know about it. :/

Is the "Houston Church of Christ Jesus" - part of the ICC ?

Yep. :/ I suspect that there may be more than one group going
by that name, though, because the ICC is rabidly anti-racist, whatever
its other faults. The ICC affiliate Houston Church of Christ Jesus

Oh, it's much worse than that. I "hacked" my way through the ICC's
Mexico WWW page, the Austin Church of Christ Jesus web page, and
several informal pages by disciples. (One of which actually had
something on it about the ICC.) ;>

Fortunately he isn't exactly typical of ICC members, at least around
here. He isn't the only one who dodges certain questions, but the
others are less prone to putting up smoke screens by abusing former
members. :/
