Take a moment and ask yourself, where would all of us SINNERS be if
Yehoshua only ate with those who were righteous and true?
I find that Paul is preaching the doctrine of a Pharisee, please
examine for yourself.
Mat 15:12 Then His taught ones came and said to Him, “Do You know that
the Pharisees stumbled when they heard this word?”
Mat 15:13 But He answering, said, “Every plant which My heavenly
Father has not planted shall be uprooted.
Mat 15:14 “Leave them alone. They are blind leaders of the blind. And
if the blind leads the blind, both shall fall into a ditch.”
Paul diverged from the Messiah's doctrine here also:
1Ti 1:20 Among these are Humenaios and Alexander, whom I delivered to
Satan, in order to be taught not to blaspheme.
2Ti 2:17 and their word shall eat its way like gangrene. Humenaios and
Philetos are of this sort,
Mat 18:15 “And if your brother sins against you, go and reprove him,
between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your
brother.
1Ti 5:20 Reprove those who are sinning, in the presence of all, so
that the rest also might fear.

receives sinners and eats with them.”
1Co 5:11 But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone
called ‘a brother,’ if he is one who whores, or greedy of gain, or an

with such a one.
2Th 3:14 And if any man obey not OUR word by this epistle, note that
man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.
Eph 5:11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness,
but rather reprove them.
Rev 22:11 “He who does wrong, let him do more wrong; he who is filthy,
let him be more filthy; he who is righteous, let him be more
righteous; he who is set-apart, let him be more set-apart.
