Hi Michael:
How are you. Hope you are not offended by our recent discussions...we don't
have to agree on everything..you know I respect you a lot..I hope so.
Just to let you know, in confidence of course, since this is a personal
email
and I would not like you to share this with anyone.. And I do respect that
idea needless to say (...that I will no longer be posting on arbn or any
ngs.
The reason is simply that dc had severely criticized me in some personal
emails in which he said I was disrupting the unity and I was presumptuous
and
sickening, etc. So I better not be posting if that is the case because that
is not who I am or who I was when I first started there at your suggestion a
year ago.
It seems that dc has a personal friend who is posting on arbn, I don't know
who it is but it may be the married woman he was having an ongoing affair
with for several years who he told me about--she calls him and gets him at a
weak moment and leaves provocative messages and sometimes he capitulates. It
is an anonymous poster to me..I though that was uncool but different rules
apply I guess.
In any case he has a personal interest and has been emailing her and says
she is open and doesn't want me to say anything harsh to this woman in case
it will scare her away from coming to the temple. Good point-- because
getting someone away from their nohonzon is very important a matter of life
and death. Perhaps we shouldn't refute them so harshly. I have my doubts and
feel it may be an SGI ruse, who knows.
I was treating her as if she was anyone from SGI of course not realizing
that she was about to convert, etc. And he reprimanded me for that and
said
I must not talk that way to her. As it stands she is allowed to call me a
bitch and say screw off and I must remain silent..so it doesn't suit me to
remain silent consequently I will just stay away from arbn. However, there
are other ways of dealing with it -- through daimoku to the correct object
of
worship which does suit me.
So I can see that there are different rules for different folks on arbn and
that when I am asked to criticize some poor soul in the Hokkeko who owes you
an apology about something (I have no idea what it is)-- it is okay for me
to
criticize a fellow member-- but if someone is a personal friend of dc's --I
have to let the SGI walk all over me if asked too. I hope that more SGI will
come on arbn..after her success at bashing me through her personal emails to
dc i am sure others will see that they can win there too on that basis at
least. Actually I hope she comes to the temple because it may be a humbling
experience for her as it is for us all.

Think about it K, I didn't post this, these were thoughts expressed in
confidence that dc in his desire to foster disunity bewteen Cody and I
and you and I posted. If he had wanted to promote unity he wouldn't
have gone there. And if he had respected you he wouldn't have gone

That is what I like about the private moderated lists for Hokkeko
only--people are allowed to make mistakes and no one throws it up in
your face, calls you names or anything like that--instead they
encourage and support each other and listen--which is key--and accept
unconditionally the experiences that people have and the problems they
have overcome. Recently there have been some very touching posts from
Buddhists which reveal trust in the Gohonzon and the Hokkeko. In the
Hokkeko they are profoundly aware of the power of the Gohonzon and
allow that people can overcome.
I am sorry if this private letter paints you in a bad light. I am not
the sort of person who looks for faults, my curiosty got the better of
me. I don't think anyone would suggest after finding out who you were
that you would cheat on your husband, especially since you are a Mom.
I take that as the norm even though there is a lot of divorce in the
US. dc hasn't been fortunate enough to have a normal relationship and
so the expectations are that he would be involved in something
odd--after hearing the many stories from him about the wild women he

abandonment that he feared in the first place. In this paradox lies the key to coping
with the narcissist: If he has a rage attack – rage back. This will provoke in him fears
of being abandoned and the resulting calm will be so total that it might seem unbelievable.
Narcissists are known for these sudden tectonic shifts in mood and in behaviour patterns.

Dear Mercie,
Just to set the record straight here. I dated David Pellerino for
about 8 weeks when I first became a Buddhist. He is not a Nichiren
Shoshu Buddhist and practices Tibetan Buddhism. The fact was that when
I broke up with David he attacked me in my own apartment when we were
alone and I called the police on him. That assault is on record as
such and it had nothing to do with the NSC. Anyone who is in NSC can
tell you about my activities there and there was never any time that
the police were called to a meeting that I attended. This is unlike
your antics with a married man in a hotel at Taisekiji that
precipitated the members taking you to Umeyoji to diffuse the
situation.. That is an old SGI ruse Mercie of accusing others of what
they have done themselves. That is libel. I dare you to say that in
court and if David Pellerino is saying such things about me I will
